I'm just going to paraphrase Wikipedia on this one: generally speaking, it's wider hips, broader lips, less body hair, and less testosterone production. Lowered sex drive as a result of hypogonadism related to Klinefelter's, and body types ranging from lanky to average to rounded. Gynecomastia (increased breast tissue) is a relatively common side effect, as well as weakened muscles and bones. Apparently hormone treatment can offset some of the symptoms of Klinefelter's, but there doesn't seem to be anything to offset the whole "decreased fertility" thing short of medical sperm extraction.
