Not a bad line, but I personally don't find it funny.
They sort of addressed my main concern in the first one(where the girl was OH SO OFFENDED that she couldn't get beer), but overall it didn't feel as polished as the second, and the second was pretty bad too with the random death of the mother and whatnot.
Overall though, at least a 5/10 for the art style, though the animation and writing really need some fucking work.
