Well this is based on my experience so other girls might have different ones.
Girl you want to beat the shit out of bullying is probably easiest to understand because it's pretty just what dudes do, beat the shit out of them. Happened to me once when I pissed off a girl who was bigger and more aggressive than I was.
Girl you dislike bullying is when they sort of don't acknowledge each other yet at the same time go out of their way to make the other feel like shit. Through snide comments and dirty looks. This can turn into beating the shit out of each other but rarely does.
Female friend bullying is when your friends talk shit about you when you're gone that day and are nice when you return. The only reason you know about it is because they do it to the others in the group when they're gone that day as well. Not all girls engage in this but it's about 50/50. Maybe I just hung out with shitty people.

Yes.
She wasn't very bright and grew up with super religious parents so she just agreed with whatever they said. For example when we would play superpowers at recess and I would want to be a psychic she would always say, "You can't be that because that's against God." Stuff like that happened a lot and it made me dislike her. I never outright bullied her I just made snide comment that she didn't pick up on half the time. I still feel bad about it though. I think she's working with some religious organization, she had a sister who was smarter and funnier but her parents shipped her off to some reform camp six years ago and I haven't heard from her since.To understand how dull this girl was you need to know that she wanted to have a holocaust themed birthday because we had some book about little girls during it for class and she got inspired. She made the invitations herself and on them it said to "dress up like a Jew".
