The culmination of this stupidity was him being put on the Dark Avengers. That was one of the dumbest things Norman Osborn did, why put a glorified mass murdering hitman on the Avengers instead of keeping him for black ops missions?

I liked the character as a fairly straightforward bad guy with a neat gimmick. Kinda like a pulp villain.
The only two incarnations of the character I liked were Frank Miller's and Warren Ellis's, even though I thought they were pretty different.
Miller's version never struck me as crazy, instead he just seemed like a total, unrepentant bastard who fully understood what he did but didn't give a shit. The sort of hardboiled toughguy mentality he had too was pretty neat.
With Ellis, he was so over the top crazy that he was funny. The bit where he's ranting to himself, then Osborne wanders past and tells the guards that Bullseye probably doesn't need any toilet breaks stood out

Favorite moment (well one of them, as he's usually a very entertaining character) was at the beginning of Shadowland, when he was scaring the guards "look dudes I know that Sentry guy, and if you don't let me go, he's totally coming back to rip this planet a new one" and it was going quite all right.

His skill doesn't make sense.
Just because you can throw a card at the right angle to kill doesn't mean much. He'd need to have inhuman strength in order to give it that much cutting power.
Yet they continually say he's not a superhuman.
