There's no way SpaceChad is her endgame. SpaceChad was the entity all along, will be killed by the entity, or will turn out to have always known he was working for Hydra so Simmons can be disgusted with him and get with Fitz.

It's obviously not Death. The concept of Death has existed since the beginning of the universe. It couldn't be Death for the sheer fact that we know it was born on Earth.
My guess is that it's either an OC or Maelstrom. He'd be the only inhuman villain that's as powerful as is being implied and he's just obscure enough that I don't think Marvel Studios would care if they used him.
