That's probably why they want to push him a bit.
They can't just cancel every book that's underperforming because that would be cancelling at least 6 titles at issue 12 in one go.
If they have an event this summer or even just a crossover they could easily tie in MMH and raise the sales some to keep the book safe for another arc.
Though I will say a martian/alien/space event would be the best to do with raising sales is their goal. Superman, Starfire, MMH, GL,Omega Men, Supergirl if they would let her have one, etc could all benefit some.
