A kid got shot at my campus last semester and we carried on as usual. It's really a question of what CAN you do? Hold a rally? a protest? cancel for classes for 30,000 people because two dindus culturally enriched some kid?

It would be a lot easier to make meaningful comparisons if every used the same system to record crimes.
