Well right now Clone Wars is pretty unassailable but Rebels is still good, there's also a lot more of Clone Wars. Ask again in 2 years, maybe Rebels will have blown it away by then.

Rebels, though mainly because I'm a sucker for ongoing storylines where I can invest in the characters rather than switching them (usually) every arc.
Clone Wars has some great episodes in it, though: its best is easily above Rebels.
