For an obscure character, he has had a huge impact on Marvel history behind the scenes

But Bison's whole schtick is about his soul being mobile or whatever. That's what he does. There are a half dozen characters in the Street Fighter roster that only even exist because Bison made them as backup bodies to move his soul into should his current body be destroyed. It's also why he brainwashed Cammy for a while, so he could steal her body later on. When that failed, he cloned her a bunch of times.
So him popping his soul out to keep from getting killed for good is a pretty reasonable thing for him to be able to do.

All of the Villains introduced in inhuman needs more development as well as reader and Auran. Soule was crazy to bring in that many characters and give them two chapter arcs a piece. I hope Karnak's solo is great if it doesn't get delayed for all eternity.
