Considering everyone breaks out of Arkham all the time, why do they even let them move around in cells?
Couldn't they just put them in restraint cells like cattle and feed them through tubes? Even if they ever broke out their muscles would have atrophied so much and they'd be so fat they wouldn't be any threat at all.

Havent you people realized yet that the only reason inmates break out, despite bats, gotham city, and even the fucking justice league having the resources,
knowledge, money and tech to keep them in forever, is because the comics have to sell? No rogues gallery, means no money for DC.

I actually love that in quite a few different comics we've been shown that the Bat family knows the name and life story of every Arkham guard and worker. In Assault on Arkham, for example, Batman sees footage that's being played from the day before and instantly goes "Steve doesn't work on Fridays, the fuck is this?". Or in Injustice when Nightwing hears that a particular guard has been left with Harley Quinn and immediately goes crazy trying to find them because that guard has been beaten up by Harley so often he has to go to therapy about it.
