I liked today's episode with Shadow the edge-hog. It was funny how Eggman called him edgy. I'm going to paste my review from the Sonic forums here.
That was a great ending to season 1, and it goes into my top 5 episodes of Sonic Boom.
- Shadow was awesome, everyone was waiting for Shadow to appear in the Boom cartoon. This makes the first appearance of Shadow in a Western Sonic cartoon, some people have rumored that he was supposed to appear in Sonic Underground. I liked his voice, his edgy personality, and how he was uninterested in the wackiness and silliness of the other villains. I've always hated those team building exercises and ice-breakers too.
- I liked seeing Eggman fangirling out over Shadow. I liked the references to edgy-ness when Shadow was most popular during the mid 2000's.
-Seeing all the villains together was great, I like seeing TW Barker, Tree Spy, Eggman, Dave, Wily Walrus, and Shadow all in one room. TW Barker is one of my favorite villains and its great that he gets another role, his last role was as the lawyer in "Don't Judge Me."
-The fight between Shadow and Sonic was awesome. Its the best fight in the series so far. I liked how they did Shoryukens to each other.
- I liked seeing Orbot and Cubot breaking the forth wall at the end too. They said that its another season of using the same 4 locations and 8 characters.
I want the next season to feel more like this episode and have Shadow as a recurring villain.

I want to like this show, I really do. Eggman makes me laugh, and when the jokes hit, they really hit. Hell, it's the first show to have Metal Sonic. But it's just so...lazy.
The animation is horrible,while, I'll admit it gets better at random occurrences, like when Shadow said he'd get Sonic and the end, and then when the crew started talking.but the animation got shit again immediately when they turned around. Maybe it's because I'm in college and studying 3D, it just feels so stiff and lazy to me. Shadow's current voice actor is the same guy that does Orbot, as well as the old dude from Lost World. Guaranteed he has the range to pull off whatever Shadow voice they want, so the issue is voice direction.

I've only seen a few episodes of this show. They were generally pretty boring, though My Fair Sticksy or whatever it was called got more laughs than usual out of me. I am kind of interested in watching more if there are other episodes at or exceeding that level of quality. What are some good ones?

The first 20 or so episodes were really hit and miss, it wasn't until that point the show reached a point where people started to find it consistently funny. You have to have an appreciation for deadpan and dry wit though

And you REALLY thought Sonic was absolute bottom of the barrel? Oh you have no idea of how bad Fandoms can get. MLP is leagues worse, SU with the recent suicide attempt, Teen Titans is absolutely tame in comparison to any of those. Heck, the Fandom in general was never that bad to begin with.
