Just watched the newest episode and wow the script is just horrible. So because Kara doesn't want to ask a man for help she is going to endanger the lives of everyone just to prove she can do it too. The beginning was horribly written as well, Kat asked Kara why she hasn't helped before like with earthquakes and such, and Kara gets all pissy saying that is an unfair question.
If they wanted a reason why Superman doesn't help Kara everytime instead of making it about her ego, why not have Superman go into space tackeling a huge threat and entrusting Earth's protection while he is gone to her.
Also you know a show is shit when the only well written character doesn't ever appear. The ending IM chat with Clark was exactly he would act.
