Crisis on Two Earths is my favorite.
Wonder Woman, Emerald Knights, Under the Red Hood, Batman: Year One, The Dark Knight Returns Parts 1 and 2, Crisis on Two Earths, Justice League: Gods and Monsters.
Someone will say All Star Superman, but I would skip it until you've read the source material. The adaptation is fun, but I don't really think it does the comic justice.
