A character who was prominent in Simone's run, but was tossed aside in Fletcher/Stewart's run, only making cameos when they needed bait for SJW brownie points.
Because the two of them in Batgirl Year One was great. It's the romance with the most potential out of all of them, but it is one of those romances that is never going to happen. Mainly because each have their own books and writers want to do their own thing. So they constantly fall back on the "timing" between them never working. So people expecting anything to ever happen between them should move on.
Starfire isn't a very good character. I'm sorry but there just isn't much you can do with her in stories. There is zero potential between her and Dick to be anything anymore, especially since the Titans franchise is garbage. The less ties Dick has to that dead franchise the better probably.
Helena B. in the pre-New 52 continuity constantly caused Dick to act like a mess. The New 52 Helena B. is basically a completely different character so I don't really know what to make of her.

DickBabs worked very well during the Dixon era because he had complete control over them. Except the editorial seemed to want DickHelena because of the boy scout/bad girl dynamic during that time, so it got messy, with Dick having sexual tension with both women during No Man's Land. Later on, writers tried to write off the Dick/Helena fling as a mistake, though they couldn't really agree on whether they hated each other, or were just friends.
