What an insufferable prick you are.
I don't like gay Iceman because it makes him a less interesting character. Iceman's relationship problems previously stemmed from real, relatable, human flaws in his character. He's flighty and not particularly committed and, because of the way he was brought up, he tended to go for girls he thought of as the most acceptable 'date' rather than those he was actually interested in. He had unrealistic expectations about relationships and life in general, and this meant that, even when he liked someone, he had trouble keeping a relationship intact. For all his cavalier bluster, Iceman was a very vulnerable, flawed character.
Now all that is scrapped. He no longer has complex issues involving unrealistic expectations in himself and others, or problems sorting what other people want from what he wants, or any of that. Now all his difficulties in life are going to come down to one thing: he's gay. A complex, relatable, interesting character is being dumbed down into a boring, shallow one.

In the first issue of Secret Wars, the Marvel universe is destroyed.
In the last issue of Secret Wars, the Marvel Universe is restored (+ a bunch of characters from other universes got stuck in the Marvel Universe, hence why characters like Old Man Logan and Miles Morales are dicking in 616)
The All-new All-Different line takes place 8 months after the universe is restored at the end of Secret Wars. Everything you need to know about what happened in those 8 months will be revealed as the comics go on. From the first issue of this, Uncanny Inhumans, and Uncanny Avengers, it seems like the gist of what happened is:
