Ok so I made slight adjustments per request and as for Winter's breasts I did enlarge it i think a cup more but I think any larger would actually make it sag down and initally I think the problem was that I actually squished the image so here's its original size.

I don't know if a form would be useful since everything in a form is pretty varied in tone, quality, scope, etc.
But if you mean piece of media, I'd say the Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon. It has a good balance of action and slice of life, it's for kids but has some good dark moments and action to balance out the comedy, it has a large cast of characters that it manages to flesh out appropriately, and it manages to be both episodic and have cross-season plotlines. Learning how to do A and B plots alone would be a fantastic takeaway.

Well I did get inspired by Leifeld's anatomical structures of exaggerating mixed with a little of Akiman and HTK awhile back so it probably stuck to me mentally. And I guess I get carried away into putting too much meat on the bones rather streaming them out to appear slender-er.
I did try to implement it on this piece but it didn't work out so well.
Also it shows female nipples, if you're sensitive to that I suggest not opening it.
But as for the lighting, like I said it's all you.

Yeah I see where you're coming from. I started with disney-esque cartoons, then gathered a lot of influences from webcomics, and finally I've been learning proper anatomy and muscle movement. My figures tend to lean toward thinner limbs and hartman hips.

Well it depends what pose you're going for actually.
I also gotta lay out what style I want it to be in if anybody wants it to be. Try to mimic what they do. (It's really hard for me to do manga-themed since the proportions literally blow me the fuck out, especially the eyes.)
If there is no preferred style and the pose is dynamic I lay out a rough sketch on how the limbs react to the perspective first and foremost. If it isn't that complicated you can probably start goin at it right from then then buff it out after.

Maybe it's because they have to match the mouth movements, but I find that dub dialogue tends to be oddly paced.
Like in pokemon someone might be like "Firething, use flamethrower, do it now!" and it's like the only reason why "do it now" is there is because Japanese has a million syllables per word and they have to compensate.
