Grandpa is ageless like the rest of the family. But, he differs differently in terms of racism. Like when it was revealed that the Simpsons' earliest ancestor was Black and Grandpa didn't say anything because he was racist. But, then there was the episode where he had a Black girlfriend.

But that's a shit episode among a sea of shit. The Principal and the Pauper stands out so much because it came in the era of golden age Simpsons. Sure, the quality of the show had been slipping a bit by then and there had been some questionable moments before, but that was the first blatantly bad Simpsons episode.

Matt's behavior is odd sometimes. He tried to get A Star Is Burns pulled off the air and even had his name taken off of it because he thought it was a cheap crossover, then he doesn't say shit about the Family Guy and Futurama crossovers.
At least A Star Is Burns was actually a great episode.
