Korra is NOT a sue, desire that full retard introduction, because her colossal fuck ups, lack of subtlety with her skills and personality faults are actually acknowledged within the show as such.
The clarion call of a sue is that their faults are all glossed over, passed off as a good thing, unintentional parts of bad writing, or token efforts in a vain attempt to pretend they're not perfect. Bella Swan is probably the textbook example of that.
