I think it is man, check how he deals on the comments, he basically changes his personalitty to fit what would be more weird or funny. He also pretend that his account is hacked some times. Also, he does so many obscure references related to some characters that is obvious that he as been doing his reasearch.

Much like Sonichu, Tails Gets Trolled starts out as a crossover between Sega and Nintendo characters, but later adds increasingly bizarre choices of characters from other franchises. The main threat in both comics are none other than personified internet trolls who the protagonists kill in disproportionally brutal ways that make you wonder who the real villain is. Homosexuality is also a common theme in both comics, most often shown in the antagonists, though not always.In both cases, the author seems to have an uneducated and confusing view on it.
Yet somehow, with all their similarities, Lazerbot has shown to have actual writing talent, a sense of humor, and the will to improve on his art and writing; all traits that Chris Chan lacks.
Many people believe that Lazerbot is merely faking his autism, but this is not the case. In his original (now hacked) Deviant Art account you can see that his art has a similar quality and "autisticness" that go back years before the creation of Tails Gets Trolled. Even the way he writes his comments have a feel of autism in them.
