She's a comedic professional wrestler character. A lot of her moves are slapstick-y and/or cheeky. She's REALLY enthusiastic and exuberant. She's sincere to the point of being unintentionally silly. And she does moves from Kinnikuman and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Gameplay-wise she's a "fast grappler" with an awesome character-specific mechanic where her tag team partner can assist in some of her moves/combos.

Nah they could never remove her flying peach, it's her signature. Hell, despite the ass slap being panned away from her super is still basically sandwiching someone's face between two asses and dropping said person on their head from that stance.
The ass slap is less of an issue to me then the fact that the end pose of the super no longer ends with the opponent's legs spread, it made the move have a ton more impact and since it was the opponent it had nothing to do with sex so I don't know why they did that. Just makes the move look slightly lame.

In general the shot before the "censor" was better too. The ass smack is the focal point, the new shot makes her action unclear. Even if they make the ass shot less blatant it should just be zoomed out so we can see the whole of the action rather than just the booty slap.
Also why even change the leg split at the end of the move, I'd assume the part of the move you'd want to censor for sexual reasons would be the fact they're slamming their asses into someones face not that it ends on a wishbone.
