On the anniversary of September 11th Stewie goes back in time to stop 9/11, but finds out that by stopping 9/11 his favourite show is never created.
So he tells Brian some shitty story about how 9/11 is necessary for Al Gore to finally become president in 2040 and save the world so that he'll go along and be the second terrorist on the plane.
They crash the plane into the twin towers and kill 3,000+ people and return to the present where Stewie runs to the TV and cheers that his show is uncancelled, causing Brian to confront him over it.
Stewie kicks Brian in the dick and watches his show and the credits roll while Brian lies on the floor in agony, tears filling his eyes. Right before the end, Stewie's show is interrupted by a memorial commercial and he groans about how people should get over it already.
B Story: Meg doesn't feel pretty enough so she gets plastic surgery.
