The rest are completely her prerogative to do with as she wishes. She is the CEO of the company and its her job to maximize profits
But not informing a show's creators about their unemployment is not just a dick move its bad business
You can bet your ass no one involved with that show is ever going to work with Cartoon Network again and there are talented people on that team who worked on Flapjack, early Fairy Odd Parents, early Adventure Time and other good cartoons. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the simple fact that under Christina Miller, Cartoon Network has almost solely been focused on producing cartoons already makes her far and away better than Snyder by default.

The bomb concept is hypothetically fine if used occasionally or consistently, but as it's currently being used it just reduces interest in the shows that use it in the long-run. It shows too, early bombs got a lot of viewers, but shows using the bomb format have had viewership decline per bomb since the second ones that they had.
He didn't just say "TTGo", he said "TTGo airing hundred of times per week". It's not quite that bad anymore, it's "only" airing over a hundred times a week, but it still eats dramatically into the schedule. CN has 19 shows that are still in production, and 21 shows in rotation when you include Looney Tunes/Tom and Jerry, so this hurts the amount of airtime that these shows are getting by a lot.

Whether you like UG or not doesnt even matter since canceling a show then lying to the public and to the show's creators about it AND forcing the show's creators to make enough material for 2 seasons without releasing it and without knowledge that you are canceling their show afterwards is beyond shitty
