Definitely. Hopefully it will let the main book focus more on the Turtles. There are some issues where they feel like supporting characters in their own series. Not that it's always a bad thing, but sometimes we go a few issues without seeing the Turtles do anything.
Only side characters I really have no interest in are Casey and April. I suppose Angel, too, but she's tied in with Harold, who is good, so she gets a pass.

Oh good, I'm glad I wasn't alone on that. I don't even remember who wrote it, I just knew it was the only mini I actually stopped reading. It seemed like it would ultimately have jack shit to do with anything.
