Dib has been obsessed with the paranormal since he was a toddler so that might not be the case. She tolerates him at best but tries to be a good sister for her father's sake. There was that time she at least tried to listen to Dib's ramblings and politely walked away when she couldn't couldn't take it anymore instead of insulting him.
She just hasn't gotten together with her true love yet.
