Jessica Jones S2:
I've already posted this, but I liked it so I saved it. It's not enough for a season, I don't think, so it'd have to either be the climax or a 4-episode arc or so. Mix in some Hellcat:
>Jessica is now working private investigator full time. A bunch of different, seemingly unrelated clients ask her to retrieve some lost piece of personal heirloom that's been stolen. All contracts have a main suspect, they just can't find them.
>She goes around investigating and finds the stolen stuff and retrieves it to her clients. All her clients seem very standoff-ish, like they are feeding her bullshit and sending her on wild goose chases and suspicious runs, but all the targets are crooks, so it doesn't make much sense for regular people to be fucking with her. She starts to get paranoid.
>At some point one of the first clients shows up again with a new, completely unrelated case for her to solve, but she doesn't want to because she thinks he's fucking with her. He claims not to know what she's talking about even after she beats the shit out of him, sending him through a window out of frustration. She occasionally starts seeing different clients/robbers/people around her she already knew acting completely different and like they never saw her before. The jobs become weirder and start including stuff that obviously don't belong to the clients, so she stops doing them and clients stop showing up as much.

>She gets suspicious and starts chasing the former clients and interrogating them, but none of them knows her or what she's talking about. She begins to break down and get paranoid about Kilgrave having come back. The whole season has that uneasy feeling that someone is fucking with her on purpose, like the first chapters of Alias. Pieces of the puzzle don't match without memory wipe/mind control. She visits the grave of, well, Kilgrave, and it's untouched. The paranoia starts getting to her and she becomes restless and aggressive and begins drinking even more. She eventually doubts it and digs the grave only to find a skeleton wearing a decomposing black suit, with a purple tie. It's neck is broken.
>And after whatever climactic revelation to be decided she starts putting clues together about the missing heirloom from the early cases, and somehow tracks it down to the residence of one guy:

>Dmitri Smerdyakov, the chameleon. He came across one of those masks from TWS. It is broken/he doesn't know how to fully use it, so he needs to use someone's face from close to Jessica's block because it times out after a while. With some preparation and good acting he can create his characters without being recognized.
>Turns out, he never meant to fuck with Jessica in particular. He just wanted a decent PI to find stuff that he knew a bunch of his old crooked friends had, but he couldn't find. After robbing all his former associates and seeing Jessica throw that one repeated dude out the window, he found out she had powers and started asking her for different, riskier stuff. She was basically robbing for him. Turns out, it wasn't about Jessica at all, she was just the first decent PI that Dmitri found and he just took it from there. The fact that she wasn't being targeted serves as an eye-opener and gives her the self-confidence she needs to stop thinking she's the center of the universe always being the victim on purpose.
Mix it up with some Hellcat B-story and there you go.

I know it's canon, but It's still a stupid idea, I think. Doom's Vanity works a lot better if he feels imperfect because of a small scar, like Kirby intended.

I prefer the one where it was only a small scar, but then Doom horribly burned his face in his rush to put his new, still-hot mask on. Shows that most of Doom's problems are his own fault.

I disagree. I think he continually using the mask despite not needing it reinforces his vanity. Him scarring himself further makes him right to wear it. It's more ingrained in him, instead of an isolated point of arrogance in time.
Like he looks at it in the mirror every night and feels rage for such a small detail. I feel it's a stronger way of showing it.
Not like the alternatives are bad, per se, I just prefer this one more. Like in Avatar S2 Azula gets 2 hairs out of place and goes haywire. That Azula is more menacing and cunning than the crazy one at the end where she's given up.

Reed's achievements are pretty much pointless, considering the government doesn't care about his rocket, only about beating Latveria, also Ben intentionally sabotaged and badly injured an innocent scientist.
I think it would be cool if Ben had a military position, making him involved with the government which is why they went to him to sabotage Latveria's equipment

No, in your story it makes sense that Reed would be mad at Ben, I'm saying is that for the character interactions to work properly, they shouldn't be in such a position prior to gaining powers.
Ben is Reed's constant reminder that he's not perfect. Ben even accepts himself before Reed does, and Reed's guilt should always trump any anger. Ben is the Heart of the F4, he shouldn't be wrong or do something wrong from the get go. Not that he can't make mistakes, but it preceding their entire relationship would alter the dynamic significantly, I think. Also, Doom would be mad at the wrong person then.

Settle in, because this is a long one I wrote while drunk.
So, it starts with Superman having been established for about a year. He's just found the Fortress of Solitude, he's working at the Daily Planet, and is dating Lois Lane. He’s saving people and stuff, but some people don’t trust him. To make people trust him more, Superman decides that he’ll help Alexander Luthor Sr, a wealthy industrialist who runs LuthorCorp, unlock new medical marvels by examining his Kryptonian DNA. Luthor Sr is a distant, cold man with a young, ginger son of about Superman’s age; Alexander ‘Lex’ Luthor Jr.
Lex is a genius but is distrustful of Superman, and also jealous that he shares a much closer relationship with his father than Lex does. To this end, he builds his own DNA replicator and secretly steals samples of Superman’s DNA to create an imperfect clone of Superman. This bizarre being is let loose across the world, leading people to believe that Superman has gone rogue. Luthor Sr cuts his ties with Superman and begins manufacturing weapons to put him down.
Enter Batman. He has been operating for about 5 years, in the shadows. He has already had one Robin (Dick Grayson) who left the year before the film started when Superman first revealed himself to the public and Dick felt that he no longer had a place in the world. Batman is not in a good place in his life; losing his ward has led to him becoming angrier and more prone to lashing out. Luthor Sr gets into contact with him, and gives him a green crystal that was made specifically to act as a poison to Superman.

Batman is not in a good place in his life; losing his ward has led to him becoming angrier and more prone to lashing out. Luthor Sr gets into contact with him, and gives him a green crystal that was made specifically to act as a poison to Superman. Batman also mistrusts Luthor, but is more concerned about how dangerous Superman could be.
Superman is still trying to save people, but must be careful of the anti-Superman unit (known as the Revenge Squad) that Luthor Sr and the American military have sent out. However, when he swoops in to stop a crime at the Gotham Cathedral, he is instead drawn into a trap, and from there a lengthy confrontation with Batman. Superman goes in too cocky, turning what should be an easy battle for him into a near death experience. However, he just about escapes. Batman continues investigating areas where ‘Superman’ attacks and discovers, through detective work, that the ‘Superman’ behind the attacks was actually Lex’s Bizzaro Superman.

Batman traces Superman back to the Fortress of Solitude. Superman, enraged that Batman would attack him in his home and endanger Lois, grabs Batman and carries him into the sky to interrogate him, but Batman manages to convince Superman that they need to work together. Superman agrees, and they mutually apologise for the pain they caused each other. Superman teaches Batman to get past his anger, and Batman teaches Superman to be less reckless.
They follow the trail to Luthorcorp, where they discover that Lex has had the Bizzaro being kill his father. Lex lets Bizzaro loose on Superman and Batman; Superman soon discovers that Bizzaro’s strength is beyond his own. However, Batman still has his secret weapon, the green crystal, which he uses to weaken Bizzaro and allow Superman to defeat him. Luthorcorp Tower is practically destroyed in the battle. Lex, in his anger, tries to kill Superman with a kryptonite bullet, but BIzzaro leaps in the way at the last second. Lex escapes as Superman tries to resuscitate Bizzaro. Saddened at the poor creature’s death but bolstered by this new friendship, Batman and Superman shake hands and agree that they should try to find others like them to form a team.
Though Superman’s name is cleared by the discovery of the Bizzaro body, Lex is able to play it off as an attempt by terrorists working within Luthorcorp to create a superweapon. Lex, who has lost his hair from having it burned off by Bizzaro, takes the reigns of Luthorcorp, now renamed Lexcorp. At the end, Batman gives Superman a new suit (pic related) as a parting gift.
A spidey movie that isn't an origin story but instead begins after uncle Ben has been shot and does a quick recap. He should also fight a minor villain like Scorpion Vulture Mysterio or Shocker and save the bigger ones for the sequel(s).
