Engineering fag here, it's actually a pretty tough call.
Even at a rough 5 feet (considering how very little in the series there is to accurately gauge size against) it's still a crap shoot. The present day servos able to deliver enough motive torque to allow her to move as she does would be just too huge to fit in that slender frame, never mind a large factor is what she's actually made OF.
Ball parked though as a slender bit of future space servos made of mostly titanium and some steel, wrapped in a polymer shell and a rough 5.5 feet? Somewhere around 300-350 lbs.
