So that said, this is a logo thread. Scary or not, doesn't matter. (I'd prefer a nostalgic presence but it's not specific)

The only reason I found it scary when I was younger was because of the somewhat jerky animation.
Like, the frame rate was slow because that was the paper-clippings style, but I still found that uncomfortable.
Alternate post for the OP, but I figured it wouldn't garner as much attention or notice-levels as that shit, it's the generic go-to logo for logo threads.
This is from a massive Logo Sampler by Disney that might've been released in 1995 but I haven't found anything on it.
Features what I'll say is over 500 logos because it's like, a minute to 5 seconds for each, and there's a lot of versions throughout the years.
One day I might get it uploaded, for now the program I'm using to scan it is messing around and coding it fucked up, so I'm just doing what I can for pictures.

That reminds me of something else Nickolodeon related. There was this fish that swam at you on a plain black screen, and it scared the living fuck out of me. It always made me think that it would just suddenly play when my TV was turned off. This and Yoshi's Island's Game Over screen started my fear of a black screen.

Always happened during the credits for Rugrats, for me atleast. It sometimes scared me, and sometimes it didn't. Just depended on if it was dark or whatever, plus if they had some other version of the credits playing.

Technical difficulties screen from Cartoon Network that was used from 1998 up until 2004.I believe after that, they'd start using the picket fence logo.
I believe the one used before this particular one had the CN logo on a blue checkerboard with some of the heads of characters from a few HB/WB/MGM shows they've aired at the time.
