No, squshing boobs does not cause back problems... a bra that relies on the shoulder straps for support too much causes a pulling sensation that can cause an ache in the upper back around the shoulders. Other than that, extra weight up top can cause aches in the lower back. But one can work around that a bit... muscles... etc... Unless one has other back problems and the boob weight just irritates it. I know someone who got DD breast implants and regrets going so big, because it started causing back ache. It doesn't take a lot of extra weight on the upper body to do that. A lot if it is also an issue of body proportion. Some women have a build that carries it better than others.

It's also really unlikely that boobs would cause some huge amount of lower back pain unless they were outrageously huge and you never wore a bra.
