Not necessarily. Babs said a while back that back when Stewart was doing breakdowns for her, she was able to blow out pages like nobodies business. Stewart is free from Fight Club 2, if they go back to their previous arrangement it's possible she can juggle two books.

The digital book is in the same universe as the TV show, titled Adventures of Supergirl. Lupa's going to do an arc of that.
New 52 Kara is coming back in the Superbook crossover in April/May and getting a relaunch in Rebirth.
