Ivy never was one to sell book. She doesn't have the popularity necessary for that. DC only released the Ivy mini to please a minority of numbers on Twitter. Well the mini was announced too quickly after the twitter campaign started. It (and the rest of the stories) had to be in the works before that for it to be in the announcement stage at all, but maybe they moved up the publicizing of that in reaction to them.

That's kind of my point. I don't think it's a matter of the OTP selling as much as it is just Harley herself since many people seem disinterested in Ivy. Like I'm thinking it's not a guaranteed money maker any more than any other Harley ship might be.
