Personally, I think Steven Universe as a show needs a villain. Right now we have the Cluster, but that's basically nothing but a plot device. SU needs an antagonist, other then Malachite.

A Diamond is hard, but also pure and transparent. Some say Yellow Diamond became colder after losing her sister, Blue Diamond.

They don't grow in height. They're rocks. Amethyst's birth hole at the kindergarten still fits her, for example. If they'd grow in height over the years she'd be too big for it now.
