The Immaculate Structure isn't inhabited by other demons besides the Symphony. Due to the nature of it's mirrored dimensions, there's only a single point in the structure where a being will exist in a single point, the exact space the Symphony occupies.
Other colored demons find living in the Structure unsettling, and other teal demons don't believe themselves worthy of it.

I still think a demon's "color" in the sense that we're talking about shouldn't be a physical thing.
Sure there are blue devils and red demons and whatever else, but I think the colors that the kings use comes from them having so much magic to channel that it makes their auras visible, and each demon has an aura, but there's no way to know what color it is unless they get a lot of power.
Like The Fire Witch, she's not really vermilion colored, that's just her clothing and all the huge concentrations of magic surrounding her making her look vermilion.
I'm not saying it's hat way for all of them, but there wouldn't be such a thing as a race of demons that are a set color.
In the case of teal, it should be demons who wear teal as in they have pledged their loyalty to The Devout Symphony who don't think themselves worthy of it and other demons who get power from one of the other kings should feel particularly uncomfortable there, more so than when around other kings who aren't their master.

If we go with the idea of The Archives being involved, then it's more than doable. If there's a villainous /Co/smic One or if a villain got into The Archives, or even something like if some of the books got dropped and their pages mixed together would work as the excuse for the plot to happen.
In a lot of ways, the way I would like to use The Archivist is like the chorus in classical Greek theatre where she would address the readers directly to explain some of the details.

Distracting her from properly organizing books so characters from other settings can say where they are, surprising her to make her drop books, popping in on The /aco/lyte Wizard and doing... something to make an effect happen within the stories. Probably telling him which universes have the biggest boobs.

The planes don't tend to have parallels like the universes do, or at least not in the same way.
Using the planes to get from one universe to a parallel one requires some tricky work with a mirror or a proxy plane (which is really just space between planes) like what the elder god monsters go through.

I need more Ursus McFlannigan in my life. I had an idea for a comic strip, with each one's title being a bear pun.
The first one would be "Teddy, Set, Go!". McFlannigan enters a marathon, and realizes he's too overweight to be doing this, so he enlists some fast rabbits to carry him on a sleigh.
