Hmmm, well I'm going to try to avoid it. I'm giving up a full time job that I've had for a long time to pursue art my seriously. I was constantly stressed out at the job. I obviously have a lot of other issues to work through and I've done a lot of silly things, but without the stress of that job along with twice as much free time, I'm looking to make some real progress.

Picky implies you actually intend to pick, though. But I mean, like I said, I'm amenable to "bisexual" as well, I just prefer "asexual".
The thing about labels is that the one you "technically" fall into isn't always the one that most accurately describes you. Like that one anon said, almost everyone on earth is probably bisexual in the strictest sense, even if it's just because of "that one exception". However, this label doesn't say much about any actual sexual preferences someone has. Saying you're bisexual just makes people assume you're relatively indifferent about what gender you're attracted to.
As such, a lot of people describe their sexual orientation according to what archetype they're closest to. "Bisexual" is usually going to be worn by people who don't really care if they fuck a man or woman. Men with strong (if not total) male preferences will usually call themselves gay. People with little to no interest in sexuality will call themselves asexual. You could call these labels inaccurate, but they still convey the person's actual preferences better than the truth does.
The whole thing is basically just a weakness in the labeling system, which was conceived back when anything outside of heterosexuality was viewed as a disorder. If someone was a little attracted to their same gender, people weren't like "huh, I guess he's a little bi", they were like "O lord in heaven! My son Jacob hath caught the gay! Who could've given it to him?".
