Let me explain how the casting call process works: the production company tells them the names of the characters they need to cast, the talent agency puts out a call for these characters. The descriptions can either be given to them by the company (Marvel) or just sourced on their own (Wiki). The descriptions don't ever match what the adaptation is in the movie because 1) that would be giving away the plot and 2) everything is always in flux so nothing would be nailed down at this point. So these casting calls are likely true in the sense that the characters are being cast, but if they use them or how they adapt them for the movie is up in the air. I am never surprised that wiki/marvel entries are used on these as they're just trying to give the actors/agents an idea of what they are auditioning for/how to prep.
