BATMAN YOU HAVE TO STOP GORDON.
HE'S GOING TO RAPE THE JOKER AND THEN YOU.
POWER
Can we get a thread going for Image? What's your favorite ongoing? What do you think are some of the best titles they've published? What are you currently reading from them?
I just started in on Tokyo Ghost, I'm on issue 4 and I gotta say the commentary is on fucking point and the art and action are pretty amazing.
>>83105789
>tokyo ghost
>ongoing
heh
>>83105886
It will end with #10.
>>83105886
What? You do release it is still ongoing right? A new issue comes out tomorrow.
so
what did you guys think about it?
at first I was unease, cassidy and tulip hasn't that good, her at most, he at least made me laugh a bit, but the glasses not beeing a thing kind sucks, not to mention the whole "cult" following him was bad
arseface was kind okay, I guess
cons: father was a preacher, arseface father not beeing more crazy and accepting him
pros: cute momma was neat, and got a little glimpse of the Quincannon, looked good
I will keep watching, who knows maybe it turns out good
so what about the rest of /co/?
>>83105593
Its really hard for an actor to convey emotions with glasses, and i like Joseph Gilgun's acting more then Cassidy.
Yeah, tulip is kinda shit, but who knows what's going to happen.
7/10 imo, worth to watch at least the pilot
>>83105735
cassidy was good, I agree, it's just the eyes was a interesting point whatsoever, so who knows
I agree with you, I want to know where this will end
>>83105593
Good so far, it's too early to tell. The story hasn't even really gotten rolling yet.
>It's a cartoon expresses your opposing political views episode

Is she the Wesley Crusher of Marvel or the Scrappy?
Crusher, because everyone loves her and she's super special.
>>83105586
And several of them have died for Princess Daisy.
>>83105598
World needs a Mario to not save her.
Is there an order to watch all these superhero films in?
What should I start with?
pls respond

>X-Men
>X-Men 2
>X-Man 3 until it makes you sad because it's a clusterfuck
>Spider-Man 1
>Spider-Man 2
>Spider-Man 3 until it makes you sad because it's a clusterfuck.
>Batman Begins
>The Dark Knight
>The Dark Knight Rises until it makes you sad because it's another clusterfuck
If you liked the Spiderman ones while it was good, because it was lighthearted and self-aware and had characters above plot, try the MCU, these all share continuity and actors and are generally pretty fun for the first watch, even if a couple of them are forgetable in the grand scheme of things:
>Iron Man
>The Incredible Hulk
>Iron Man 2
>Thor
>Captain America
>Avengers
If you liked it thus far, even if a couple of them are misses, carry on:
>Iron Man 3
>Thor 2
>Captain America 2
>Guardians of the Galaxy
>Avengers 2
>Ant-Man
>Captain America 3
This set is basically the winning-streak set as of now, and the most popular, even if a couple are duds.
If you liked the X-movies instead, try the other ones, ranging from terrible to actually pretty great:
>The Wolverine
>First Class
>Days of Future Past
>Apocalypse
If you prefered the Dark Knight, you're out of luck, they are a bit distinct in approach from the rest of it all. Maybe try the Netflix shows, but they aren't as realistic or big in ideas, while still well made from a cinematography/writing point of view. These technically share continuity with the MCU, but are standalone stories and almost never reference the movies:
>Daredevil
>Jessica Jones
If you really liked the Dark Knight because you think that colours are silly, and people smiling is dumb, try:
>Man of Steel
>Batman v. Superman
They might not be great, but the sequels to come might require you to endure through them. Also they aren't as terrible in a first watch as people like to think.
Feel free to stop at any given time and start shitposting on how you think you know about comics just for watching adaptations.

Fucking hell everything is still the same.
All the arguements and threads about shit being better before. Its all the fucking same.
Its all feels so fucking pointless arguing now.

Are you implying arguing about it ever felt important?

What
A
Surprise
I'm just not sure what you expected. Have you never backread? Retcons and reboots did not magically happen any smoother than they do now. Eventually you learn to get over it and read the good runs while hopping off a title when retarded shit is happening.
Post your /co/llections
How can I improve my shelf and what should I buy? Thinking of buying V for Vendetta in paperback and Breakdowns by Art Spiegelman since it's cheap. Might buy a Akira Toriyama one shot or might try Krazy Kat which I never read. This is the first time I'm going to buy comics online though instead of finding them somewhat locally.
The book in front of the box set is Der Mond: The Art of Neon Genesis Evangelion and behind Maus is The Little Prince.
ask again on the 15th of next month. i'm in the middle of moving

What for though? I'm not looking to buy a shelf from you.

So... like Marvel Unlimited, but not for Big 2? Neat.
it's cool enough but I wouldn't want to pay for it
In 'Raise the Steaks,' Hank Hill says that if someone asks for their steak well done, you are meant to ask them politely yet firmly to leave.
Yet in "To Sirloin with Love," when Bobby rattles off the cuts and doneness of the steaks Hank is cooking for his guests, he notes that there are two steaks well done.
Which is it, Hank? Which is it?

Only Taylor's run is canon.
So now that X-Men Apocalypse has flopped and bombed, what will happen to Fox and the X-Men franchise?
Wil Fox make a deal with Marvel Studios to put Wolverine in a movie and have MS make their X-Men movies?
Will Fox focus on Deadpool and put him in everything?
>>83104058
>that number
The hypercrisis is real.
>>83104058
They need to sell the franchise off for sure, no reason to keep a series at isn't making any money. Not to the MCU though, we don't need them in the universe. Or maybe the X-Men would be their own thing in their own self contained XMCU.
>>83104058
>So now that X-Men Apocalypse has flopped and bombed, what will happen to Fox and the X-Men franchise?
It hasn't bomb'd yet, but it's not looking good.
>Wil Fox make a deal with Marvel Studios to put Wolverine in a movie and have MS make their X-Men movies?
No. Jackman is retiring from the role due to his age and the physical demands of a fighting role (as opposed to a more general action role like Iron Man). He can't...
