Hello, i want to start reading BPRD HoE, where i should start?
Why do Jay and Miles like Louise Simonson so much? It seems like the 80s X factor was shit and that she ruined the New Mutants. Is there literally any good X Factor stories or Post Claremont New Mutants other than Mutant Massacre or Inferno which I am sure Claremont and her husband had a massive say in plotting.
Daily reminder that this happened.
Why didn't Korra use her giant blue super form to fight the mecha?
Chris Evans thread of n-no homo? Or do these belong on /fit/ instead of here?
Surely, if we keep it /co/ related there would be no problem.
How do we make them great again?
In light of recent news, let's see what life is like for your average HYDRA Agent.
This is Hank Johnson, Agent of HYDRA
Why was she with the principle actors for everything? Like her, Storm, Betsy, and Havok as just as few lines as Angel or Caliban and Caliban and Angel didn't show up in all the interviews and cast things
Like at least the actors who played Storm, Havok, and Munn are already somewhat famous. I think this was Condor's first roll she has ever been in. Also it makes even less sense they didn't get her to cut her hair when they got Nega Sonic and Storm to shave their heads.
>it makes even less sense they didn't get her to cut her hair
it's because she looks super qt with long hair
>Why was she with the principle actors for everything?
Because she was a bigger character before whichever aging, bitter female executive producer got mad about how QT she is and demanded that she be cut from the movie
>not wanting her with the Jubilee hair
at least tell me they tested the thing. I mean Sure Knives looked QT as fuck with long hair and then like total shit when she had it cut down in the Scott Pilgrim film, but I think Lana could a Jubilee cut
What are some good Shazam comics? I have only read New 52 Shazam and I loved it.
Also Shazam rebirth confirmed
Does /co/ like Doraleous and Associates and/or other Hank and Jed stuff?
I feel like I'm the only one on this website that does.
What character is he based on/is there any iteration of Quicksilver that acts like this? Maybe I just like him because I like Evan Peters.
I can't really complain that he didn't get enough screen time when compared to the rest of the cast. Like I can't even tell if Scott, Jubilee, Storm, and Betsy were any good because they just weren't in it enough to be too developed. They got Nightcrawler really good, Beast seemed like a logical progression for his character, Fassbender did a good job even though still kinda too much Magneto and it seems like a...

Cap faggotry aside, did anyone get to read the first issue of this yet?
Pretty sweet stuff. Basically what if the Punisher was black and had the money and tech of Batman. Also great neo-80s vibes thanks to the awesome colourist
Ironically, this is miles ahead of Cloonan and Dillon's Punisher #1
Wait, that came out this week? What the fuck. I had it on my pull list but my LCS didn't have it in my pile.
I fucking hate my LCS. They might as well just stop selling comics and just go all in on being a Games Workshop store because of their rampant incompetence.
> is this the same Nighthawk from Supreme Power?
Yeah, the Supreme Power Earth got destroyed and now he's stranded on 616 post-Secret Wars.
Meanwhile /co/ only wants to shitpost about Captain Nazi.
>Will Shazam be getting his own book? What about Justice Society and Legion of Super Heroes? And what’s the strategy to rolling it out?
>"There will be a Shazam book. Not by me, but they’re definitely doing a Shazam book. One of the reasons they’re double shipping, the advantage to double-ship, is to take the number of titles and contract it, and the number of characters. Get these characters right. Then, slowly, when you’ve made sure everything’s...

Other than Superman and the Fantastic Four, was the silver age really good? I mean it seems like the stories are way to simple and uninteresting. Even the other heroes who had very notable silver age runs (Spiderman and Flash) only really had a handful of good silver age stories (If this be my destiny, the night qwen stacy died, and the stories about flash fucking around with the multiverse). But most of Spiderman's most famous stories are from the late 80s- present and the best Flash comics took place post CoIE and before Flashpoint. Most other heroes sucked in the silver age as compared to how well they were portrayed in the 70s and 80s (Batman and Xmen are two of the most significant as their silver age shit is basically unreadable).
So basically can we say the silver age was shit for every book other than the F4 and Superman (granted I don't think there has been a good superman story since the end of the silver age that wasn't miniseries like CoIE, All Star, of All seasons, or Kingdom Come).
