> Why does he leave his head exposed to gunfire?
I'm so confused. Why didn't people like it? It was really entertaining, didn't butcher any characters, flowed well, had great performances, good aesthetics, honestly everything but Jennifer Lawrence was good or great.
I felt nothing when I saw Days of Future Past, and apathy at the last couple Wolverines, so nothing is really enticing me to want to see this one. It's been hard to give a shit since Xmen 3, I've been reboot-ready for years.
Marvel approaches you to make a Spider-Man crossover event The catch is that it's going to be a focused story, and will only feature 5 Spideys.
Which 5 Spider-Men do you put together for an event?
How many characters in this cover can you name?
Don't cheat, I'll know if you do.
- Doc Ock
- Alistair Smythe
- Silvermane (before cyberization?)
- DON'T MOCK THE SHOCKER
- The Rose(?)
- Green Gobbo
- Quicksilver and Hulk? What?
Only ones I don't know are the giant, the chauffeur above Gibbon, big guy below Bettle, orange guy next to Prowler, and the "count" between Fisk and Rose
Spider-Man, Captain Stacy (?), Hulk, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch (or Black Widow), Rose, Green Goblin, Shocker, Kingpin, Hammerhead, Prowler, Kraven, Allister Smythe, Lizard, one of Red Ghost's monkeys, Electro, Morbius, Beetle, Doc Ock.
From left to right:
-Electro with exploding hand
-Probably Spencer Smythe (he rides Spider-Slayer)
-Man Mountain Marko
-Laundry accident Prowler
-Richard Fisk's first disquise
-Angry MJ? Or Black Widow?
And Spidey with Captain Stacy

Happy Friday Guild members! Let's start this official meeting with a roll call. This is the Guild of /co/lamitous Intent thread!
Should Star Wars and MCU crossover /co/?
How do you feel about current CN programming? I see a lot of hate and a lot of love here.
>Good shows: Gumball
>Okay shows: SU, Clarence
>This is still on? shows: AT, RS, UG
I feel like AT should have ended back a few years ago. The only audience for it is stoners and 20+ people. My cousins (8 and 13) only care about TTG, Gumball, SU, and they like RS for some odd reason.
How do you think Kirby would have written Batman?
If pre O'neil? It would had been terrible, Kirby want very good when it comes to crime and mistery. And while batman travelling in time and in outer space was a big deal with batman in that era, i doubt Kirby, bot being really familiar with batman could had done something interesting.
Great, tell him that batman will travel to the middle east and you would had gotten a great story.
Kirby was based as fuck but usually limitated himself a lot on how much he knew about the character.
It would probably very similar to his Bronze Age Black Panther and Captain America.
He'd ignore every other incarnation of the character and we'd strap in for Kirby's barely coherent, wild, time traveling, ancient alien battling, techno-porn, acid trip.
Cybersix Thread - "Fuck downloading, we have the series on DVD" edition
Haven't seen a thread for this gem in a while.
ITT: You're at Grandma's and she doesn't have cable.
Did anybody else get one of these?
They actually mailed it from Westchester. Nice touch.
>It's a GL is an insufferable cunt and solves his issues with punching episode (Part 1 of 2)
So you just want to bitch about Hearts and Minds?
>it's a even the based DCAU crew can't make Wonder Woman work episoode
How would this affect your enjoyment of Frozen? How about if this was the only element changed, and the rest of the movie is left the same?
Left: character that remains consistent over time, with gradual development, while still remaining lovable and heroic in the public eye
Right: character that changes drastically depending on the writer, is often shifted around and given random quirks and attributes to generate sales to the point where he seems like multiple characters instead of just one (see: Ultimate Cap)
Why would anyone prefer comics Cap to MCU Cap?
How has Marvel gone all this time without a retcon or reboot?
I have a theory that every few years Marvel will get editors together to plot out the future of their multiverse and keep things on track. That way they can set up seeds for stories years in advance.
I think it's because Marvel's multiverse works differently than DC's, obviously. It works much more in line with the infinite worlds theory, so they can just create a separate universe instead of rebooting the main one.
>How has Marvel gone all this time without a retcon or reboot?
Reboot, no, but they retcon shit ALL the time.
Marvel works on a sliding timeline, so things get updated or adjusted, or outright forgotten or rewritten as needed, usually without a line-wide event.
They just ignore chunks of the canon when it suits them.
