Do you have an idea for a comic, animation, or webcomic you'd like to create?
Let's say you made it, how do you think /co/ would react to it?
Main characters are an adult woman and a preteen boy.
/co/ projecting their /ss/ fantasies onto it would probably work in my favor since they'd more than likely look past my mediocre writing in hopes of fanservice.

>Do you have an idea for a comic, animation, or webcomic you'd like to create?
Of course I do. Who the fuck doesn't?
It's just the adventures of a group of morally ambiguous mercenaries.
>Let's say you made it, how do you think /co/ would react to it?
They'd hate it and call me Tumblr because they're all women, and none of them are white.

You just have to make them waifus, Anon.
Would you have drunk the poison, /co/?

On one hand, I'm in a Burton movie, so I wanna die.
On the other hand, this being a Burton movie, there's a fifty fifty chance death doesn't end shit.
Sure.
What are talking about?

>When Aquaman relaunches as a twice-a-month book in June, Dan Abnett says he'll be applying his experience with cosmic characters like Guardians of the Galaxy, but this time to the ocean — playing with "fantasy, science fiction and horror themes that work particularly well in that environment."
>The DC exclusive writer will also be following up on the wedding proposal readers were shown in DC Universe: Rebirth #1, as well as incorporating a couple former Aqualads into the title. And he promises to bring...

>And he's not just a hero who saves people and does good deeds. He's got this responsibility. He rules Atlantis. He rules a whole nation. He controls the sea, which is two-thirds of the planet. He's the most global hero. Dismiss him, if you like, as a fish-talking guy, but he's incredibly important and he's also much more powerful than people realize.
>So what I'm doing with Aquaman doesn't change much of what Geoff was doing since the beginning of the "New 52" — I think...

>Abnett: Absolutely. She's a huge part of the book. One of the great strengths of Aquaman, I've always felt, is Mera, his beloved. She is, in my opinion, one of the most underrated characters in comics.
>And although it is Aquaman's comic, Mera has an incredibly important role to play. That partnership between them, I just enjoy writing it.
>Nrama: You do sound really excited about the book.

>And I want to make Manta not just one of his great villains. Manta previously was a guy who cropped up for six or seven issues every now and then as one of his arch foes. But this is much more.
>Aquaman is the key character in the comic book, but Mera and Black Manta are the other absolute co-stars. If it was a TV show, their faces would be in the credits too, because this is so much about those characters.
>Nrama: The Rebirth mandate for so many of the characters has been to really...

>>83461588
Did you watch it?
>>83461625
Yeah, it was fucking surreal, like a fever dream.
>>83461588
pretty fucking weird movie, right? i'm surprised it got greenlit but so glad it did
unfortunately i gave it no attention when it came out because somehow it came off like a very different kind of movie to me. more of a 'freddy got fingered' analogue
whoever called the two archer bots theory you win the prize. look at whose driving the truck.
and now you don't have to go insane till next season.
But what if it doesn't get renewed?
>>83461471
it's not a talkback if the show isn't on right now, this is what you'd call an aftermath thread
>>83461525
>it's been renewed
>>83462163
ok sorry can't change it though
Never read anything with Damian and thought he was hated but have heard he's actually pretty good? So what should I read that he's in, only DC I've read in recent years is Batgirl and the new Rebirth stuff.
>>83460634
Morrison's Batman and Robin
>>83460680
Should I read any of the lead ups to Batman and Robin, like Battle for the Cowl or just jump right in?
>>83460783
You should read Batman and Son, and maybe Black Glove and Batman RIP.
>both black Avengers STOLE their "powers"
Holy shit, how was this allowed?
>>83460466
TBF Falcon just stole his shit back
>>83460635
no he never owned the winged jetpack, they stole it from SHIELD in TWS
>>83460466
Tony literally gave it to him and Falcon owns his armor dumbass.
Big heady story times are done
Time for something simple instead with our good friend Frank
And his friends Mike Baron and Klaus Janson
I love the logistics of that cover so much.
Is there any kind of established DC character power rankings? And, would Dr. Manhattan sit atop the list?
>>83459777
Superman thought robot > EVERYTHING
There's a lot of beings I would put ahead of him still. Empty hand, overvoid, monitors, etc.
Source > Thought Robot > Monitors > (maybe =) Endless> Presence > other gods > Entities? > Superman Prime (1 Million) > Spectre? > probably Dr. Manhattan around here
Is this the only time that vultures have been portrayed as good guys?

Kaijudo thread? Didn't have the chance to see season 2. 3 dvds included most of season one. Is this another abandoned IP?
I'm also looking for screen caps of Sasha Channeler of Light, from the maybe 2 episodes she was disguised as a human.
>>83459263
Here is a small shot of Sasha.
Never expected a kaijudo thread after so many years
try kiss cartoon, i saw the series there.
What exactly is the appeal of this character /co/? Does he serve any purpose now that we are no longer in the 90s?
throwing playing cards is pretty rad brah
His accent?
Has he ever gone up against Bullseye?

she-zow
Hey ladies and gents! I'm in need of questions. My friends want me to create a show where I just ask question about comic books (more of the big 2 variety). Of course these sleezebags don't have any questions of their own so I turn to you my /co/ brethren. What were/are questions you have about comics whether it be of the publication or canon variety. Type them out here! Much appreciated!
Why does Bendis hate female characters?
Really no other posts? No other questions from the great /co/?
>>83459181
Maybe try >>>/wsr/, not really sure what you're after though desu. Questions that you'll answer on your Youtube show, or just Questions you'll ask in a video?
What type of questions? Questions casuals have that are just getting into comics, or questions about the characters and storylines? If it's the former you could go into Variant covers and how they work, single issues/volumes, what's worth checking out at the moment
