>Ah, cold car ride through a dark suburban night. Look out the window and think of death, kids. It's a-comin'.
What the fuck?
why are comics from the 90's not with more money? got a collection from that time and they ant worth shit, pic related
Because the print runs were huge. 90's is when all the speculators were buying, so they printed millions of copies of garbage. If there are millions of copies out there, they aren't worth anything now. The top selling books only sell 100k, and most books sell 40k or less. There is no market for those comics.
Take a look. You can also look through the historical archives, etc. if you want.
Also, there is very little demand for back issues/old comics. Not many people want to read them or buy them. So only a few key books have value due to scarcity or whatever.
How would you feel about a Superman story written by Frank Miller? At an expo he spoke about how if he could write a Superman story it'd have Kal-El landing in France during WWII.
>How would you feel about a Superman story written by Frank Miller?
Miller can make a great Batman, but he should be as far as possible from Superman.
His Superman was still an hero, when he apperead in TDKR he was shown saving people left and right while reaching Batman.
He just followed orders, guess it felt more like Captain Atom to some people.
My people, I like this, no more Drawthreads, no more TTG and PPG Threads, no more ITT Threads and no more NewFags
>Drawthreads are bad
You're not fooling anybody faggot.
How do you guys think he will do?
Probably pretty good. He's got a solid scowl, and like 90% of what Skurge does is stand around silently intimidating or trying to kill you with his big ass ax.
My big fear is that they'll railroad through his character arc to have him Stand Alone and Gjallerbru, without the ~20 years of stories showing him to be a badass chump.
30 minutes of screen time won't allow for the same level of investment of Skurge the Executioner as belligerent Master of Evil, making his face turn less impactful.
Hypothetically, what would Hulk do if he was left to his own devices, unopposed by any force capable of controlling him anywhere?
Would he just spend the rest of time destroying everything in the universe?
yeah Hulk: The End. Hulk gets eaten by bugs every night while Banner desperately wants to die but can't because he keeps turning into the Hulk before he finally passes on. or something like that, all i really remember is the ending
I need some new cartoons to watch /co/. Give me some suggestions. Few of my preferences.
1. Not a sitcom like Family Guy or Simpsons.
2. Has some continuity between episodes or a continuing story line.
3. Actually has a good plot.
4. Takes itself seriously sometimes. Not against comedy, I'm just a sperg and I get bored of a show if it's nothing but jokes.
Is /co/ looking forward to Gerard Way and Nick Derington's Doom Patrol, as well as the Young Animal line as a whole?
Meanwhile..at the Legion of Doom.
why do we bother to meet like this? we all think the same thing
Could someone recommend me some lesser known comics? Bonus points if links are given, because i live in a third world country and won't be able to find anything that isn't considered "mainstream".
>No Dark Horse
Would you watch a Starship Troopers animation series?
Pro-military propaganda or balls to the walls parody?
Man fuck Patty Mayonnaise that tease. Doug should've been smashing this chartreuse thickness. She totally wanted his dick but Doug is too blinded by the delicious brown.
Was it really that bad?
Not even in The TTG Universe, The PPG still has Errors in them
