Is it any good /co/?
The hardcover came out today and was thinking of checking it out.
It's got Cameron Stewart, so there's one thing it's got going for it already.
I forgot all about this fight club getting a sequel makes no sense what so ever
>>83798583
It's fucking trash. It's like someone watch Fight Club and didn't get anyone of the main points.
>>83798840
But it's written by the author of the original book
I am admitting a guilty pleasure.
I love Damian and his Pouty Crushes.

Daaaaaaaw
So kawai
Do you mind if we talk about this for a second?
Did anyone else feel that this past season ended really abruptly? The story was moving along just fine in my opinion, but just as it seemed that the Blue Morpho had gotten rid of his last enemy they just ended it.
I don't know how you all felt but it just makes the next probably 3 year wait harder without the proper wrap up.
>>83798452
>Did anyone else feel that this past season ended really abruptly?
Because it did. Doc and Jackson have admitted that it wasn't a proper finale. They're still apparently trying to get use to their new shorter season format. All This And Gargantua 2 came from their season 6 budget, and thus didn't have enough to produce a proper season finale.
Precisely how I felt. I fully expected there to be more episodes.
How can I love this show AND Archer AND Rick and Morty AND Bob's Burgers AND Steven Universe...
...and no, I never got into Proprietary Miniature Horses, even though I tried (I wanted to feel what it was like to be part of a subculture).
>Kelsey Grammer, Ron Perlman & Anton Yelchin will headline the voice cast of Trollhunters, the upcoming Netflix animated series from creator and executive producer Guillermo del Toro and DreamWorks Animation. The family event series will premiere in December 2016.

that's an interesting choice of voice
>>83798052
Didn't know this existed. I'll probably check it out because of the voice cast and the fact that its an action cartoon.
>>83798237
It's a bit hard to hype with so little information.
Maybe when the first trailers come out we'll have more steam.
Is the book any good?

Whenever I see Steven Universe discussion go on for any length of time here on /co/, the topic of "worst episode" inevitably comes up. Of course most people will say it's Sadie's Song, but for some reason I always see a few mentions of Onion Trade and House Guest as well. What makes these two episodes so consistently disliked here? Because I'm not seeing it myself. They're both pretty solid.
I don't even watch this show and the true answer's obviouslyIsland Adventure
people who say onion trade literally just hate fun
together breakfast is worse because it's literally just "here is the temple geography" and really dry
Worst episode was Sadie's Song. Not even for Steven's performance at the end of the episode, it was just that awful fucking song. I couldn't take listening to that even three minutes into the episode.
Ozymandias vs The Batman
>Who would win in an impromptu close-combat fight?
>Who is the more effective vigilante?
>Given time to prepare, with the final fight taking place in a random city on Earth which they'll only know which on the day of the battle, who would win?

>Given time to prepare, with the final fight taking place in a random city on Earth which they'll only know which on the day of the battle, who would win?
Ozymandias, as he pulls off his master plan while Batman is still using prep time.
>Who would win in an impromptu close-combat fight?
I think it would be an even fight. Batman couldn't use any fear tactics against Ozymandias, and I'm going to imagine most of his gadgets would be useless too. In this situation Batman would most likely win the end result of the fight, but not before Ozymandias nearly beats him within an inch of his life.
>Who is the more effective vigilante?
Ozymandias killed more than he would of saved, most likely. So Batman.

WEW
Would you like to see Wolverine wear a mask for at least one scene in Hugh Jackman's final movie as the beloved comic book superhero?
No. The character has no motivation to. It would be pure fanwankery
>>83797465
He doesn't have motivation to wear it until he has motivation- the script could easily be written for that.
>It would be pure fanwankery
That's 99% of the reason comic book movies exist- to make money off the existing known franchise.
>>83797494
How are you going to motivate him to dress up like an idiot? Let's hear some ideas.
So I don't watch AoS, how's Hydra doing in it? Civil War heavily implied they were dying/dead, so I'm wondering if the show is consistent about it.
Hydra got BTFO seemingly for good near the end of S3.
>>83797227
>so I'm wondering if the show is consistent about it.
It isn't. It tries to react based on what happens in the movies. Thing is though is that the movies give zero fucks about it and contradicts what happens in the show regularly.
>>83797227
>dying/dead
Do you know anything about Hydra?
Cut off one head, two more shall take it's place
Whats his name you guys?
Where'd you find that picture of yourself, OP?

Alexander Hamilton. His name is Alexander Hamilton.

Are you guys hyped for the Orlando ongoing?
It's my most hyped book of Rebirth aside from Batman. Midnighter was probably the best thing to come out of the new 52.
>>83728087
That kid is walking.
Is he batgirl?
The concept as described doesn't do anything for me and it feels like he was given this sort of heavy synergistic book in return for getting one he actually cares about (probably JSA) that hasn't been announced yet.
But maybe it will surprise me.
Just a few of them have found their way online:

The additional scenes look great.
Good stuff.

Bump for people who want to see some of the scenes before WB takes them down.
Why is MJ such a bitch now?

So folks won't miss her all that much after Bendis kills her off.
To soften the blow when he accidentally kills her instead of Gwen.
Pretty much trying to get rid of her fanbase via character assassination, yeah.
No matter how old I get this will sequence will always give me the creeps.Am I the only one?
Not the creeps for me, but I loved this part of Fantasia. I went to see the HD redux in IMAX and was very pissed off that it wasn't in the movie. Stupid fucks censored it so Wal-Mart Christians wouldn't get offended.
They are making a live action movie based on this

I have nightmares of this guy for a different reason. Getting my ass kicked by him in Kingdom Hearts. Over, and over, and over....I never beat him...
