Is the original music really necessary to enjoy Daria?
>>84512062
No, but the music did add to it.
It's kinda like how a cupcake doesn't NEED frosting, but it's better with it.
>>84512062
No, but it enhances it. Certainly makes it feel more "90s".
Now Beavis & Butthead is a totally different show without the music video segments. The pacing of the story segments is all fucked up without those video bits.
Only for certain episodes like Arts n Crass and Quinn the Brain and Road Worrier
Whomp UpdateA startling nightmare rouses you from peaceful slumber. A brief moment of haze clears to reveal the delicious tomato-based dish upon your nightstand. Your hand reaches feebly for the sustaining noodles. Something seems off, however. Groggily, you fumble for a nearby vessel. A generous sprinkling of parmesan enhances the bold flavor of the drowsy dish. A tasty return to sleep is had.

I guess that's what you eat when it's pasta your bedtime.

You have to be over 18 and at least have an IQ above 20 to post here
I am the only anon who like harvey beaks?
No, you aren't.
If you weren't there, we had decently active threads for a few weeks time a little over a month ago because of the new Harvey premieres.
There just isn't much discussion off the show outside of those premiere threads (I honestly have no idea why).
Claire threads pop up every now and again, but those don't get very far, let alone threads like these.
It's a little depressing, but you'll get used to it.
New episodes premiere "fall-ish", so you'll have to be waiting until then.
I'm always meaning to watch it but then I always forget about it. It's pretty good, but also forgettable somehow.
Nope. There are plenty of fans. All that happened was that they went into hibernation mode after the last thread of the Beaks bomb that happened last month finally went dead.
there is any way he can come back?
>>84510536
No.
In the history of comic books, absolutely no character has ever come back to life.
Ever.
Not once.
Not ever.

He can come back in literally any way.
Fuck, he has Extremis in his brain.
He is a Gamma-powered individual.
His arch-enemy the Leader has shown he is capable of completely autonomous resurrection.
Plus this is comic books!
Just started watching Puss in Boots on netflix after it popped up on my to watch along with a new season. Why is the Sphinx so cute?
I've posted in just about every Puss in Boots thread, but I don't know if I could even say I've watched more than two episodes. I mainly just skim through the episodes using the bar's thumbnail preview and watch Dulcinea scenes.
Nothing about the show makes me want to watch it. I don't like Puss. I don't like the villains. I'd rather spend ten minutes skimming through the episodes than the four hours it would take to watch them all.
Dulcinea still looks as weird as ever.
At least Dulcinea still knows how to fight.
Why does Disney think the vault is a good idea.
I dunno. Why is there a new edition of Star Wars every 18 months?
Artificial scarcity?
>>84509684
Because it lets the novelty regenerate. Physical media is sold through feelies, not usefulness.
>oh gee whiz now my kids can watch this classic on an actual disk and not a pirated .mkv on my laptop
>show has talking animals

No tail?
"Okay, maybe my dad did steal Itchy. But so what? Animation is built on plagiarism! If it weren’t for someone plagiarizing the Honeymooners we wouldn’t have the Flintstones. If someone hadn’t ripped off Sergeant Bilko, there’d be no Top Cat. Huckleberry Hound, Chief Wiggum, Yogi Bear? Hah! Andy Griffith, Edward G. Robinson, Art Carney. Your honor, you take away our right to steal ideas, where are they gonna come from?"
>>84509023
He's right. But they were taking credit for someone elses stolen idea.
Stealing someone's idea is not cool.
Stealing someone's idea and putting your own spin on it, no matter how insignificant, is okay.
What a world.

Reboots.
Do any of you read this stuff? I'm trying to figure out what's worth reading from the time period where these companies were popular
I recommend Negative Burn, published by Caliber.

Jones is old!
Squidward openly referenced his depression for the first time, /co/. Do you think he's okay?
He posts on /r9k/.
I just want to start off by saying if you want an answer at the end, prepare to be disappointed. There just isn't one.

A-are you okay, anon?
