do Japanese people enjoy graphic novels the same way westerners enjoy their manga
>Get over it
did i hurt your feelings?
What went right?
>Meet Joker Boy, self-proclaimed real life Joker. Personal demons drove him to scar his face pretty much like the real Joker did. Even the Joker himself (in The Dark Knight) wore make up, but not Joker Boy.
>Not much is known about Joker boy as of now except for his name, Mischa, as seen on his story in Vimeo.
>Even the Joker himself (in The Dark Knight) wore make up
Oh wow and here I was thinking foe the longest time that Heath Ledger actually cut his face for the movie, I guess you really do learn something new everyday
Did Millar ever told what was his plan for this Spiderman?
Obviously, the random korean guy revelation wasn't was he was building at the beginning.
He even has an alternate costume at some point.
He also knew everything about Ultimate Ghost Rider and other things. Also, he eats raw meat.
I remember read something about that Millar planning the revelation of the Ultimate Kang and he never show up, maybe that was his idea.
So will it get cancelled next year or get cancelled next year?
What the fuck went wrong?
The Real Ghostbusters
What is the /co/nsensus on pic related? For what it's worth, it had some pretty lethal puns
>Al Gore wields a giant stick
>"Look out, he's got the Executive Branch!"
Do people actually like this? The art style is really great, but the story is just some Scott Pilgrim-tier nonsense. It starts off okay, but it got pretty chaotic and distracting after halfway. What's the moral between the story exactly?
The moral is men should be beta and women should ask out men. If you're a super beta you'll have hot girls as your friends and they will secretly have crushes on you and random girls will come up and ask you out.
Also your car will be destroyed.
It's a romantic-comedy/slice-of-life with a twist. Movies and TV shows come out life this a lot. There quite popular there, so it's only natural they'd appear in comic form.
Was that so hard to understand?
HE'S GETTING MY POWERSSS
>Superman saving people
Have you apologized yet?
This scene was cut from the film
Because they didn't think it mattered
that it would clutter up the film
And you think these people can be trusted to work on the DCEU
Yeah. You showed me.
You know, after thinking about it, all the changes on his backstory makes some sense: They want to make Zemo an evil Steve Rogers.
>inb4 but Red Skull and WS are already evil captain america
They have a superhuman serum like Cap, but they are not a like in the human or patriotic (that small line about Zemo recognizing the bad state of his country) side.
I don't know, what do you think?
I think Marvel fell into a rut by doing so much Hydra at once. Winter Soldier caused AoS and other outputs to go Hydra crazy, and then you kill off Strucker in AoU and have another Hydra guy in Ant-Man. They were used so much, so fast, that having another Hydra leader come along would have been met by people rolling their eyes.
I think they also wanted to distance themselves from Nazi Zemo in case they do a T-Bolts film.
Remember all the "Pierce is the Red Skull" soundtrack trolling?
Also, what is the Red Skull supposed to do in Space anyways? How could he possibly be a threat in space? What alien race would listen to him?
Okay /co/ so let's talk about Venom, and by extension, the symbiotes.
Why is Venom vastly underestimated in every fucking "who-would-win" match-up on the internet? You mention Web of Shadows, and everyone goes
>web of faildows isnt canon lol
So what if it's not canon?
>cuz venom cant do shit in teh comics lol
And is there anything in the comics that tells us that Venom and/or the symbiotes can't do the shit Venom did in Web of Shadows? No.
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>So /co/, why do faggots on the Comic Vine battleforum love to underestimate the symbiotes?
Because Venom has glaring weaknesses to fire and sonic sounds. Compared to say Wolverine who can rapidly heal or Hulk who...doesn't seem to have any, Venom unfortunately has a weakness that can be associated with everyday objects.
Symbiotes buildup immunity to fire and sonic sounds the more they are exposed to them, you know.
And what stops Venom from say, taking over Wolverine or Hulk? Absolutely nothing other than plot armor.
What kind of tea does he like?
A while back some marketing for AoS season 4 had a hellfire chain which most people attributed to J.T. James/Hellfire who was already on the show. Now TV lines mentions that they are looking to cast "a pair of Latino brothers, one of whom is always the most dangerous person in the room, the other paralyzed in a wheelchair." which sounds an awful lot like Robbie and Gabe. Thoughts?
