He's more perfect casting than i had anticipated...That fucking backhand in the second ep had me laughing my ass off
Luke Cage is a silly character and should've been abandoned.
Anyone else here? Anyone going to be there this weekend?
I know there's animators in training and talented artists here.
no one even knows what this is?
>>77604252
I know what it is. All the "elite" students from my school is going (people with money and time).
I could say I'm jealous, but I'm more angry that even if I surpass those students in skill I can't afford to go.
Perks of being born in Cali I guess.
>>77606069
Yeah, California is pretty great.
Why was this show killed so early?
>>77603106
Because it fucking sucked, anon.
cause CN hates shows with or about robots
>>77603106
The show was too much. It was like superjail for kids
Am I the only person who thought this movie was boring?
Let's hope so.
I thought it was "serene," not boring.
>>77602867
I can respect that. I really liked the atmosphere and the story itself. It's pure eye candy as well.
We always talk about Batman vs. Captain America, but how about Midnighter vs. Captain America? Between Midnighter and Captain America, who would win?
So, in the actual Authority comics Midnighter was stronger than Batman because his implants boosted his strength into superhuman levels. As strong as Batrman might be, he can't literally punch someone's brains out. That version of Midnighter could probably beat Cap and last 3 rounds with Thor before getting hammered.
Has he been downgraded since being incorporated to the DCU?
>>77602631
Which one? Cap would be pretty fucked against Wildstorm Middy who could solo whole armies by himself and leave afterimages in motion.
DC Middy might be closer, but I think Cap would still lose.
Midnighter destroys. He's much, much stronger in a fight than Batman or Captain America are.
He has greater superhuman strength, superhuman durability, speed/reflexes and healing factor than Cap. His combat precognition is really advanced as well, and effectively gives him more direct combat experience than even Captain America has.
Why do film critics have such low standards for animation? I know Ebert based his ratings on how he thought the target audience would like the film, but you'd think most critics would praise films with artistic merit and originality.
Of course I'm glad that they shower truly great animated films like Song of the Sea, Fantastic Mr Fox, and most Pixar and Aardman, with lots of praise. But when they give the same love to manufactured, brain-rotting dreck like this, it disheartens me.
Fuck you, fag.
Jimmy Neutron and Horton were good.
Madagascar 3 was fucking fantastic, circus afro aside.
Come on OP, while those movies don't reach the levels of what you mentioned, they're not complete garbage. You just hate them and that other people like them.
I know we have these kinds of threads semi frequently, but what if these two became Gotham residents?
>>77590836
well obviously they would hang out with batman.
>>77590844
Batman would bitch because Punisher aims at heads, unlike Red Hood.
>>77590881
I don't think Batman would be lenient on Frank like the Marvel heroes are, they'd probably be straight up enemies
This issue was really fucking good, let's have an encore storytime /co/
>Get back in there and take it like a bean
YEAH TAKE THAT

>in Two's a Crowd, Parasite agrees to help Superman find a bomb if he gets cable in prison (with the premium channels of course)
>in Double Dose, Parasite helps Livewire fight Superman because he wants to get his dick touched
Holy shit this guy is the most based motherfucker in the DCAU.
>>77587217
he really was just a regular guy who got into a chemical spill.. i mean he was a MINOR crook what with skirting safety laws, but that's it. he was basically trying to turn his life around the best he could, and this happened to him.. I think it's safe to say JLU really fucked his personality up as it did many villains
>>77587702
Eh, I think it's fair to have him get more villainy as he has his powers for a longer amount of time, sort of a Ring of Gyges situation.
>>77587702
They killed him too!
Was Justice League: Gods and Monsters the best animated film of this decade?
It was merely okay.
>>77602090
>dark and mature story with a bit of fun the old DCAU is known for
>great character design and animation
>merely okay
Eat a dick m8.
kirk was a surprise qt
After getting current with Gotham by Midnight I have an itch for more of the vengeful green giant. Since the rec reading page won't work figured I'd come to the source and try to get a good place to start.
Ostrander's run from the 90s

Read the John Ostrander run
>>77601674
Ostrander's run is what you'll get recommended the most. It's very good, try it out.
