>Diamond Comic Distributors have announced that Secret Wars #9 will be delayed until January 6, 2016. Originally advertised as an eight issue series, the series has experienced several delays leading to it pushing past the originally planned end on October 7 as "All-New All-Different Marvel" launched.
>In August, Marvel announced Secret Wars #9 as the new finale, with the reason given that Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic's plans for the finale couldn't fit in the solicited Secret Wars #8.Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.

Jesus Christ they fucked this event up worse than Convergeance. Who gives a shit at this point?
Didn't Ribic get a half year head start too?
>>77821964
Yeah, which is why he was able to get the first few issues done without delays since that's what he used the lead time on. But the last two issues were double-sized, so that was essentially 6 issues he still had to do without lead time. Hence why they split issue 7 into two normal sized issues.
The financial success of Marvel Studios basically ruined Marvel comics
Everything reads like it's been stripped down for a smooth translation into live-action
>Filler dialogue and "witty retorts" everywhere
>Soft retcons
>Everyone has plot armor
>STILL reading the Big Two
>>77821684
I'll believe you if they make Steve Cap again in April.
>>77821684
>Everything reads like it's been stripped down for a smooth translation into live-action
Marvel has been doing that since Ultimates 1 years before they even started Marvel Studios.
I think I may have a problem.
Kitty Pryde is my waifu. What do I do about this?
Find a cosplayer and fuck her.
>>77821631
Bendis, I'm so proud you've admitted you have a problem.
>>77821631
Kitty Pryde is your waifu?
What did everyone think of this comic?
> space-hero story goes really well with the Moebius style art.
> sad old Duke gave me feels.
> could have explored more exotic locations on Tantalus.
Were the villains in the present patterned after a world where Thulsa Doom and crew beat Conan and moved on to other worlds?
>>77821574
I'd love to read a prequel about Duke's original adventures.
It had a strong start but I didn't really care for where it went. The art was fantastic though.
say hello to queen dopplepopolis for me
Check it out, me and the other Stormys built a time machine
TAKE THAT SUB SPACE
MY EYE! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY EYE!
>all the live action Disney movies will lead up to a kingdom hearts cinematic universe

Is Final Fantasy also involved here or is that getting axed?
Because if so, I have a pitch for a movie version of FFVIII. It's five hours long, would cost about a billion dollars, but it would do bank and win Oscars if everyone did everything I said.
You mean completely confusing?
I can't place it. But something is very off about this season.
It wore out its welcome 3-fold now?
>>77821001
I'm kinda surprised it's only nine seasons. It feels like this show has been on forever.
>>77821024
I wouldn't say that, some of the episodes are timeless.
But the animations is different, it's sped up or something. And it seems to be tainted by xd so randumb.
SO.. that's it!?!
What happens next!?
Are they gay?
If this thread hits 500 posts, I'm solemnly disappointed in everybody on /co/.
>>77820974
Sorry to bring up old news, I'm just a year late on the series
but my god, so many characters left out of the final moment. they just fucked everybody off and went to these two.
>>77820974
YES.
>Rick and Morty comes out
>/co/ sucks its cock
>Ricky and Morty becomes popular
>"le reddit and morty garbage justin is a hack"
this is just an example, i've seen us do it enough to notice.
please tell me you realize you're hipsters, right?
>New show comes out, it looks promising
>It does not deliver, it's getting dumbed down to get popular with unenlightened masses
>It's not good and we realize it was never good to being with, we just imagined the promise
>>77820723
It's the circle of /co/, it happens to everything.
You're better off filtering the words "reddit" and "tumblr." You'll lose 75% of the posts on 4chan, but it's no loss.
>Iron Man is just another force sent by the government sent to take down Captain America who's looking out for Bucky
Haha holy shit this isn't Civil War at all.
It's so fucking obvious they were going to do the "government hunts down Bucky" plot no matter what and only called it Civil War after Robert Downey Jr signed up
So?
Good.
Casuals who wanted an Iron Man vs Captain America fight get it, and the people who actually read Civil War never have to suffer through that garbage again
No John, You are the civil war.
why is nobody talking about this comic? this issue was fucking incredible.
Here's your Mr. Freeze, Gothamfags.

Look im not an expert on Mr. freeze, but doesn't he need a hazmat suit to keep him from defrosting?
We should always have a Peanuts thread for the time being. I'm on a Peanuts kick.
I love that lovable scamp Snoopy! I love Peanuts! Such a wholesome, funny franchise!
Going back and reading the old ones I can understand how it could last 50 years.
Remember how Charlie Brown had a long-distance girlfriend through most of the 90s?
>CBS announced today an order for seven more episodes of SUPERGIRL, providing a full season of 20 episodes for the freshman drama that launched on Oct. 26. CBS has now given additional episode orders to all four of its new fall series – SUPERGIRL, LIFE IN PIECES, LIMITLESS and CODE BLACK.

So it's not in immediate danger of getting cancelled?
Why do people blame everything wrong with The Simpsons on him even though he had nothing to do with the show outside of the very early seasons?
>>77819667
I thought people blamed the writers?
But people blame others, especially Al Jean.
>>77819667
Same reason people blame guys like Bendis or Seth McFarlane for everything. They're dumb.
