>Gatchaman x Batman Family crossover
How would you feel about it, /co/? Any other Eastern + Western crossover you would want to see?
>not Jojo vs X-Man
>not just having an X-man book that reads like Jojo
All I want is a New Toymaker book about Hiro saving Neo-Tokyo with the Japanese Batman (that looks like a Kamen Rider) and female Dr. Light while also trying to get a hand full of Power Girl's boobs.
What are some cool comics or animation series thats themed with ancient Egyptian mythology?
Are these two the most genuine depiction of female friendship in cartoons?
>been friends for most of their lives
>criticize each other's taste in men
>compare each other's T&A
>would go to hell and back for each other
I need some brutal honesty. How do you feel about authors writing minority roles? I'm usually of the "race doesn't matter"-caliber when it comes to fiction, but that's because I focus on fantasy/sci-fi where real life is completely tossed out the window. I think that's the only time that race truly doesn't matter unless you make it matter in that fictional world.
On the other hand, if authors are writing a story that has basis in the real world, do you think they should take into account and research the historical and current culture...

I don't care if someone wants their characters be whatever colour and whatever stereotype, except maybe indulging in strange things like depicting large numbers non-Whites in medieval Europe or something.
But I don't think anyone has to be enthusiastic to see characters they love being replaced by minorities and anyone who thinks otherwise is a fascist.
Eh. It's worth the risk as it's a serious question of mine.
Yeah. I don't like that old characters are being replaced with "upgraded, more diverse" versions. I'd rather people make new characters than rehash (bastardize) old ones.
This time 2 years ago diseny worship was at an all time high for a few months. do you think thats still the case or are things different (general consensus outside /co/)
Yeah, sure ya matter, Katie.
How 'bout ya undo that li'l onesie and I'll show ya how much ya matter?
It's crossover time!
If she gets powers, is her character arc ruined?
The boxed set comes with a Cosmic Boy LEGO figure!
>He doesn't wear this costume
Post a /co/ image that's your life right now
Finally starting to wind-down.
Until I start having to revise over Christmas
So I've been looking for Batman stuff that I missed since Gotham is on hiatus and I noticed I haven't seen this yet. Is it good?
It's pretty good, but not perfect.
If you like Gotham, it kind of does the same thing in avoiding the bigger Batman villains and characters, while still working on being its own thing.
At first it starts off a little weak, but, again, it grows into its own thing and, for me, there was a charm to it that was enjoyable.
>Magpie wants the Bat D and pursues him endlessly
>Professor Pyg is a hardcore tree hugger and can actually hold his own against batman
>deep league of assassins story arc
>people actually die
First half of the season is pretty slow.
It picks up with the second half once they focus more on the most dick incarnation of Harvey Dent and Deathstroke.
There's a reason why it flopped, too much emphasis on C-list villains.
Why is Pixar failing? Have they stylistically strayed too far from their past successes, or has the 3D animation bubble popped the same way the 2D one popped? Do people see Pixar as too "kiddie" these days? If that's the case, is Cars the point at which their decline started? Pixar in general seems to aim for a younger demo than Disney's mainline productions these days, and that may have been a mistake.
>asking any of this shit the same year Inside Out came out
>claiming they're skewing to a far younger demographic these days when A) Inside Out and B) Parents were in an uproar over the dark elements in Good Dinosaur
It went through a hellish production that left it a little weak and it had a lot of competition. After 16 movies something was going to have to give for Pixar eventually.
>Marvel ruined him
he ruined him for a couple years but once Way's run ended, it was followed up by one of his all-time best runs on par with Kelly's. Uncanny X-force ran concurrently with Way's run for the latter half and that had a fantastic Deadpool.
I have Mangarock for Manga, what about comics? is there an equivalent that won't force me to become a buyfag?
