Do you think Rob Liefeld is pissed that they made a movie based not on his original concept, but on a concept of a writer that came much later?
Sure the original Deadpool was crazy but he wasn't what I would have called whacky. Then Daniel Way comes along and totally takes the character in a different direction and he gets wildly popular and has one of the biggest if not the biggest rated R comic book movies based on him.
Meanwhile Rob Liefeld is sitting back watching a character that he copied off of another character (Slade) get all changed up and getting...

Read Joe Kelly's run, then come back.

I have, that's the one with T ray and Blind Al and the box right? I enjoyed that one but I still wouldn't say that the movie was based on that character as much as they based him on Way's version of DP.
>>80475577
I'd say it's a mix. But definitely not overly waypool.
so I was reading the Secret Origin story that set up Grayson and Dick is only 21?!?!?
this nu52 shit y'all
It's pretty fucking dumb.
I think Jason is like 18, Tim is 16, and Damian is...11-15 depending on who's writing him.
The whole 5 year timeline just jacked everything up, so it's best to ignore it. The ages kind of make sense but yeah, also best to just kind of not think about them.
>>80475033
Damian being about 13-14 makes sense by now
Hey guys can you recommend me some interesting comics?
What I'm looking for is a story about someone still figuring his powers out or a team that's just starting. I enjoy character driven stories where we deal with problems with the characters day to day life instead of just fighting crime.
In that regard I really like Invincible and the first chapters of The Ultimate some pretty great.

Kamala Ms Marvel.

New x-men/academy X
a bunch of x-kids learn about their powers and use them for good while trying to have a normal live, is a 40+ issue comic
Why is Marvel not doing anything with The Muppets? They've got comics based on Star Wars and even Disney Themepark Rides, so why not The Muppets since they're all under the same Disney umbrella?
I don't think they've done anything since getting the license besides reprinting some of the Boom! comics and publishing a story that was written and drawn while Boom still had the license.
Just lack of interest on their part I guess,
besides the TV show?
It's funny that you think the Muppets are even close to being as big as Star Wars.

What's your expectations for this, /co/?
It's going to be horrible.
It's gonna suck but theyre gonna shove it down our throats, be renewed for 3 seasons and take up time slots for shows that deserve it more than it does.
>>80472754
It's probably going to be alright.
>There are still people who refuse to accept that this is Disney's last truly great animated feature.
>>80472593
Too black for my tastes

I bet you jerk off to Rapunzel and Elsa every single day you racist prick.
The music was such a dropped ball though.
What does /co/ think of Tumble Leaf?
I saw a promo for it last night before Zootopia and it looked cute.
>>80472572
I know of it. I've just never watched it. Amazon can't really compete with Netflix.
Tumblr leave.
>>80472572
I think the idea of a television show done with animation is incredibly novel and the way they designed the puppets so they wouldn't need to manufacture whole face plates for expression was pretty cool.
Who's the better Superman? Which one do you prefer?
Reeve

Cavill.
Not even a joke, I really think he's perfect.
>Zootopia
>Star Wars
>Avengers
>Inside Out
Has Disney ever been on a greater roll than they're on right now?
To be fair, the competition isn't that great
or real.
>>80471307
Avengers II was kinda bad and Star Wars VII felt a little boring and too much like a re-hash of A New Hope after they left Jakku, but yeah Disney is raking in the money right now.
>>80471307
on another note this mickey design is really good, i hope its the new default

Some 80-s or 90-s show, pretty much the only thing I clearly remember is a scene where bad guys punish a failed mole (he was supposed to betray the good guys or something) by putting some thing that looked like a token on his forehead and bringing him near a spherical container with a green lizard with 6 or 8 eyes inside which than passed through the token into poor guys head.
Pic random.
PIPED
Bump.
Was he an actual mole or just a spy?

Fucking why, the original is perfect. I hope they won't rehash plots at least.
>Big Hero Six TV Series
I'll watch it just for Gogoass, but I can see it working out.

Look meh, but I wasn't a fan of Phineas either.

Again, why? The original is good and current enough.
