Now that Disney is rebooting The Black Cauldron
Can we agree that Eilonwy was the best princess without pandering grils
i 'll believe it when i see it. and i'll probably hate it sadly. though i guarantee it does at least three things better than the original did.
in any case eilonwy is great but i dunno about those eyes, she kinda needs her sweetly ditzy eyes.
Yep, live action this time.
I'm a little leery because there are five books in the series, but I'm not sure if they could garner enough interest to get them all produced. Even Narnia could only get three out the door before being dropped. I'm thinking they might try to combine some of them (like they did with the animated feature by combining the first two books), or they're going to gamble and see where they land with the first movie and go from there.
Why didn't Marvel just let Disney make the cartoons?
What went wrong?
And while they got SOME of the things that taste the same, looks the same, and almost feels the same, they mucked things up with replacing the more recognizable and tasty bits with cheaper to farm products. I mean they couldn't even be bothered with coming up with the three most important ingredients for the concoction that made it special and feel like the original recipe...
Is he still Ra's' heir/future body?
Does Bruce realize all he's doing is training a more powerful enemy for himself later?
Anyone have VHS tapes they'd be willing to share or post online?
I know nobody will listen but does anyone here have CN tapes from mid-late 2006, preferrably Summer, fall, or Christmastime?
I've heard people say that's when they began going downhill in "real time", where every day was literally worse than the last, like the holy roman empire. Call me a masochist but that sounds interesting.
>Because they're ducks.
>Ducks are fed bread when they're in the lake.
I get it.
who should they cast for the reboot?
MJ better be in the reboot, she should be a key part of the supporting cast regardless if she is a love interest or not
Here we go again!
>there are plebs who don't think season 1 Simpsons was some of the GOATest television of all-time
>there are plebs who can't appreciate the Charlie Brown-esque charm, feels, childhood innocence, and comfiness radiating from the episodes
You will never see scenes as intimate or loving as this in animation ever again
That mouth movement in the video looks worse than most anime and the gif is overanimated to hell. I just hope that whoever animated the gif got a job in Disney or someplace that deserves talent like that.
I like the strong cynism of the first seasons.
the weird things on season 1 are drunken marge, Homer who complains about his family and that episode where he tried to commit suicide.
what would a western pokemon cartoon be like?
>Jim Lee tweeted a pic he's working on featuring Hal Jordan, GL chest logo conspicuously absent
>Rob Williams tweeted it too
>Lee and Williams are confirmed to be working on Suicide Squad together
What does it mean /co/? Is Williams working on a GL book too and this is a cover, or are they doing something crazy like putting Hal in Suicide Squad?
Do you miss me?
>Used to be a genuine Spider-Man nemesis who had an altered concept of heroism, making everything he believes paper thin and scary
>Now a space knight who has zero design resemblance to classic Venom
That's just great. Thanks Marvel.
> Unresolved plot thread,
lets start with us never knowing who the original miles of 616 is
So where is the Wolverine "statue"?
>My name is Luna. After five weeks on a hellish island, I have come home with only one goal... to save my city. But to do that I cant be the bitch I was. I must be someone else... I must be something else.
