Is Frollo the most believable Disney villain?
Believable? No.
Realistic? Yes.
I dunno, money and power as a motivation is believable but is generally considered the easy way out.
He's believable in the sense that being a 60 year old puritan virgin with a deep cemented hatred for Gypsies just to finally realize that brown woman are the hottest women would probably fuck a guy up.

Also, Alejandro Szycula a Lazy asshole that won't ever work again.

If an important part of Captain America's story is that he's a poor kid from Brooklyn then how come he isn't depicted as having a Brooklyn accent in the cartoons/movies?
Shouldn't he sound like Bernie Sanders?
>>81032758
Not everyone from Brooklyn has the accent, just the older natives. Sanders is a New York Jew
>>81032796
...But Steve is an older native. He was born in the 20s.
Why would the kid of poor Irish immigrants who was a teen in the 1940s that later went on to join the military sound like the kid of two middle class Jews who grew up in the 1950s and then went onto a career of activism and politics?
How do you feel about the Inhumans?
>>81032730
Like them. Like the All-New team more than the Uncanny team. Hope they keep the political stuff and go hard on that aspect.
>>81033031
how do like them being a significant group alongside and equal to metas and mutants?
As a big X-men fan...I don't hate them I just hate how Marvels is shilling them so hard
Is it weird that I think she has more chemistry with frank mcfranking then with Matt murderock. If it wasn't stated that she loved Murderock I would think that she and frank were endgame
>>81032269
Yeah but that was probably because there is no reason for her to be into Matt after the shit he pulled mid season.
>Go on tumblr
>Karen x Frank has a small but loud following
>>81032691
This is a weird pairing. Have they even interacted once in the comics?
Thor and Colossus are possibly the strongest, sexiest men in the Marvel universe, but why no interaction? They are my 2 favorite Marvel characters, and we never see hardly ever see them together, why is that?
they could totally have a decent interaction, with Colossus as an wordly atheist and Thor is a space adventurer and literal God. Is Marvel just afraid that the collective panty-wetting from such a team-up would drown someone?
Dr Chen (The Radioactive Man) and Hazmat (Young Avengers). When I herd about Avengers undercover I was hoping that we'd see Chen training her how ro control her radioactive output, Luke via Thai Chi or something man.

So, we're all hearing all the negative buzz about BvS. And DC execs scrambling at the possibility of another failure and Rebooting the universe. BUT what if, and only IF this winds up being a colossal flop financially. I mean WB has little choice but start all over. How would you feel about promoting the TV-verse as the main universe and attempt to cross the shows over into mainstream movies. WB giving the shows themselves a larger budget and better writers in an attempt to bring larger scale production value to the small screen before using them to launch movies that would...

do it. fire all the current execs. let the tv producers have control. let clark be on supergirl. let green lantern show up on arrow. Have a grant miller flash film. Hell, let the WB animation guys produce a movie.
Any of it would be better than this abortion.
What are your thoughts on this movie?

I liked the three brothers and the two moose.
I saw it.
That's all I got.

First half was incredible, second half was a crime against cinema
I know these orcs are probably the most accurate in terms of size. Considering that the plot point of tiny little hobbits disguised as orcs exist in the first, orcs pretty much have to be rather tiny creatures in the first place.
It's just that, with orcs typically being depicted big monsters it's hard to take these tiny orcs seriously. I mean what are they going to accomplish in a one on one fight with men? Bite the knee?

You forget they had the Nazgul. The forces of Mordor didn't really make much progress against the men of Gondor and overrun Ithillien until the Nazgul arrived on the field.

short but scrappy. goblins are nasty, man. it's like how you wouldnt wanna go into a room with a scrappy cat. sure it's 10 pounds but it will destroy you
2017 can't come fast enough.
Didn't like the casting at first, but now I'm really looking forward to him taking on the role.
Are you hype for Iron Fist, yet /co/?
I'm more excited that the show is finally officially happening than I am for the casting. I've never seen him in anything but he doesn't really look the part in my opinion.
>>81029202
He's really twinky looking, especially in GoT, I'd imagine he'd bulk up, though.
And, yeah, the series seemed touch and go for a while. I guess they weren't sure how mystical they wanted to go. Iron Fist without magic, isn't Iron Fist. Pretty sure I read in an earlier press release he was third in line, not forth. Looks like they pushed him back, so he would debut after Dr.Strange.
Reminder: Iron Fist beings shooting around the first week in April.
>>81029202
(Also) I can easily imagine him with a sweater around his neck, playing tennis in the Hamptons. He definitely looks like he could be a rich WASP.
How many of you are going to watch it just to trash it, thereby helping give it successful ratings?
>>81028222
How would that give it successful ratings? Do you live in a magical fantasy world where every person watching contributes to the ratings of a show?
>>81028222
I actually have a CN subscritption. I will literally make a chart to know when they air this show and set up my television so that it's blocked at those hours, the same way I did with Teen Titans Go. My kids are not going to be watching this drivel, not when there are much better things to do or watch. And CN sure as fuck isn't getting the rating out of my children.
>>81028222
>watching it gives it ratings
You poor naive child.
Talk about bad reboots are all the rage at the moment, so let's talk about a bad reboot in the most descriptive sense of the word.
>Transcending age groups with appeal to kids, tweens and teens, ReBoot: the Guardian Code is an adventure-comedy series about four teens (Austin, Parker, Grey and Tamra) who discover that they’re next-gen Guardians with a mission to save the world, by defending it in cyberspace. The Internet revolutionized the world, but it also left it vulnerable to attack. With the help of VERA, the last surviving cyberbeing...

This would have been the perfect time to focus on the Daemon War. Have episodes be set in different systems and expand on the conflict beyond small number of episodes we got in the original series. You wouldn't have to worry about getting the original voice actors back and you'd have a wide variety of plots and themes to work with, just like when Matrix and AndrAIa were game hopping.
Oh, you'd also have games, which it sounds like this series will be missing.
So what does /co/ think, will it be good or shit?
