I liked this show untill I read the credits and saw that it was written by will ferrel. fuck that unfunny hack.
Just read the latest Civil War II: Choosing Sides, and the story about the heroes reacting to Rhodey's death unexpectedly made me tear up. The writing is very good, and I think it partly made me emotional because of all the tension in the US right now.
Yes, but also I really hope your post is a troll post.
Death of Captain Marvel got me a bit teary, although not outright crying. Same with Death of Spider-Man (the last bit of quality that Bendis has ever produced).
this scene, right in the feels
This is a hypercrisis thread, but a kind of different one. Instead of making presumptions about fictional characters in a fictional world we are going to make presumptions about fictional characters in the real world.
A little backstory, there was a thread a couple of days ago made by a pschotic girl that claimed she had 30 years worth of Harley Quinn's memories from the post-crisis/pre-flashpoint dc universe. In the beggining she said she was an unimportant character, then that she helped bring down a shitload of criminals in the DCU, then she said it was a psychotic...

>but i wanted to discuss the possibility of our earth being tied to the dcu earth
It already is, you idiot.
The stories that come from the DCU affect our world as we read them. How many people have been inspired by Superman or Batman or other superheroes in our world to do better?
Just because we don't have alien invasions every other week and don't have people running around in leotard costumes with capes doesn't mean that we don't have heroes,...

I don't get it!
I get what they were trying to go for in OTGW but it felt bland & derivative.
>>84567690
Little fat kid from OTGW and larger fat adult from SU are both called Greg. Here they're the same person.
Futurama episodes are edited? Like what the fuck?
I was just watching the old "fry versus the brains" episode from 15 years ago and zoidberg walked in and as an example of stupidity said "let's join the tea party". The tea party wasn't around in 2000, why the fuck do they edit episodes like this? To be "relevant"?
>>84567619
Yeah dude. There are a couple episodes like that. Shit sucks.
>>84567674
That's just disappointing and typical of the nuturama era
I'm pretty sure that was supposed to reference the Boston Tea Party, the one from 1773.
Millar has just confirmed that he is working on Superior 2 which should be on shelves next year.
It was a very good comic. Not sure if a sequel is the right move, though.

Would you please stop using the same fucking Marco pic for your OP image?
After aquiring the Mobius Chair during the Darkseid War arc, Batman learned that there are three different Jokers. While I view this is a divisive topic, I do wish to explore the topic more in depth.
Currently, my understanding is that the three different Jokers are-
1. Golden Age (Romero) - Joker
2. Pre New 52 (Alan Moore - Killing Joke) - Joker
3. New 52 (Scott Snyder) - Joker
What I would like to know is what are the distinctive personality differences between the Jokers? Which stories belong to which Jokers?

is there anyway where this doesn't end with a retarded outcome and followed by a retcon

This is never going to be referenced again.
DOCTOR Manhattan is probably behind it
>Greg states that hes still rich in Beach City Drift
Thank fucking god. I was worried Mr. Greg was going to be a get rich but give it all up in one day episode
>>84566799
Best dad! Now he can support Steven!
>>84566799
>being all that surprised
The status quo has actually changed a few times so far. Now it's just happening more often.
But I agree, it is nice to see this cliche defied. I wonder if it'll actually go anywhere though. Greg's rich, but he apparently doesn't let it go to his head, so...?
>>84566820
He already does. Word of god is that he's the one that pays for all of steven's food and things.
Toph or Gwen?

What are some examples of /co/ characters, in their weakest and most embarrassing moment, crying like a fucking bitch in front of everyone?
Pic not totally related, but Azula during the finale after Katara fucked her up is a good example.
