Was this a Japanese company that did this animating? I recall there being at least one that had this sort of style but for the life of me I can't remember.
Wow, that was lackluster. Should've just used the in-game models instead.
>>82430682
It looked pretty to me.
>>82430006
Gods that music was noxious
This episode made me want to give LARPing a try.
>>82429778
it has intrinsic appeal
but like anything else of its sort (DnD comes to mind), it's more fun to do as pure freeform imagination instead of buttoned down with structure. if i want structure i'll play a videogame.
>>82431904
Limitations breed creative scenarios. The structure allows for a third element outside of the control of players and GMs allowing for moments that surprise both parties. The structure also allows for more interactive play between people who may not know each other. Freeform works best with a group of people that already click. Structured allows for more variety, or at least more functional variety.
That said the over-structuring of many modern ttrpgs does kind of suck.
>>82431904
Nah. You kind of need the structure. Otherwise someone will end up dead, arrested, or dressed like Homestuck characters at the mall.
Trinity war and forever evil spoilers ahead
Wait so was the reason there was no aquaman member of the syndicate just so they dident have to reveal what was in the aquaman box
>>82429644
How does Bruce not know how to stop himself.
They clearly state that the Crime Syndicate's Aquaman died shortly before the events of the comic.
>>82429700
He died in the comic. They backstabbed as soon as they teleported.
Is this the best version of Spider-Man and why?
>smarter
>has an army of mercenaries
>spider-drones
>mech spider leg backpack
>doesn't let bad guys get away
It's the only Spider-man I've ever read, so I'll say yes. I felt he killed, but without being edgy, and that midget girl was a qt.
That's Ben Reilly.
Agreed but I preferred his second costume
So, how exactly will they get the MCU Earth Heroes to fight Thanos? I mean, it seems they are holding off on introducing the space stuff to the Avengers until Infinity Wars.
>>82429443
since DC is gonna give batman back to marvel they'll probably just have him think of something desu senpai
>>82429443
Have you missed the parts where most of the gems are popping up on Earth?
Yeah it'll probably be lame and take place on Earth.
BUT GotG 2 supposedly takes partial place on Earth.
What is your favorite show on Cartoon Network and why is it TAWoG?
I like gumball and SU, and clarence.
For me it's still Adventure Time even with all the shit it's pulled. I care too much to let go and even at its worst it does shit that's too interesting for me to stop caring.
Gumball's alright, never could get into it that much though.
Gumball used to be my favorite but the last couple seasons just weren't good. They didn't have the charm and jocosity as the first couple seasons.
Now the only CN show I watch is Clarence.
>These are the only comic books I've ever bought
Based on this, are there any comics you could recommend to me?
Squirrel Girl, Ms.Marvel, Bitch Planet, Lumberjanes
Longshot Saves the Marvel Universe
>>82428852
Do you like Gwenpool for the art or the story? If it's the art, look for the various Power Pack minis that Gurihiru did years ago.
Why are you reading Gwenpool and Spider-Gwen exactly? You like blonde teenagers? You thought she was quirky and cute? Just need some feedback to figure out what you are after.
>>82428909
>Bitch Planet
Anon, don't be an asshole.
There's good news and bad news, /co/,
The good news is you now exist in a comic book universe.
The bad news is you are a criminal in a comic book universe and you have just committed a string of crimes.
The worst news is that you are about to be confronted for your crimes of the night by a particularly intimidating hero -- the kind that would make anyone nope the fuck out.

Set the crime count to six and randomly generate the six crimes you've committed.

Is it just me, or is this basically roll batman or die?
>>82428990
Well, it is a modified version of some other anon's terrifying heroes chart. Maybe a few tweaks would make it more suitable for a rolling game.
>Crimes
Criminal sale of a firearm in the second degree
Tampering with a juror in the first degree
Criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree
Life settlement fraud in the second degree
Sexual abuse in the second degree
Compounding a crime
>Power

I think i'm gonna be just fine
Is this real, /co/?
>>82428295
>that last one
im sickened yet curious
>>82428295
AW SHIT
>>82428295
This can't be real.
Fucking steven crossover with this shit show.
WHY
I've seen 3 episodes of this show and they were all weird and rubbed me the wrong way.
>great characterization
>actual character arcs
>awesome villains
>plenty of screentime for C and D list heroes
>perfect casting
>tons of references and homages to stories from past to present
>great sense of humor
>a satisfying ending
Tell me why anyone cares what WB is doing with the DCEU? I'm rewatching this...

It was pretty solid though I could never get into the art style
The mandate for 2-parters added a lot of padding into the stories, I found JLU a lot tighter since they could make things short if nessesary.
>>82428114
Any specific reason they forced episodes into two parts? It does seem to drag early on.
There are a few great episodes in JL, but yeah, once JLU hits, it's gold.
>TFW i laughed at the first clarrisa comic that i read, the one with the bunny, but the more i read about her the more i feel ashamed that i ever laughed.
Come on now
Is this the new Clarissa thread?
Has anyone posted the new comic?
Which Western Cartoon would you like to see get turned into a Japanese Cartoon?

Johnny Test

W.I.T.C.H just for the kicks
Inhumanoids for all the possible toys
What's everyone buying?
Dressing up as anything?
Also please rate my purchase list:>New 52 Aquaman trade #5 and #6
>New 52 Vibe trade #1
>New 52 Captain Marvel trade #1
>Captain Marvel Monster Society of Evil trade
Well, I was gonna take advantage of the deals but my friends want to go to those Funko Shops that coincidentally also participates in FCBD. I mean yeah they have comics, but it's not as huge as their stocks of those little vinyl paperweights. I guess they have some X-Men comics on sale too?
I'm probably gonna go to an actual LCS later on and pick up a good Flash or Superman trade. I'm also hoping to get Suicide Squad Vol 1 or Waid's Flash run.
>>82427571
I usually go to Heroes Aren't Hard to Find, since they always get major artists and writers to come. Not super impressed with the guest list this year but still.
>TFW Francesco Francavilla came one year but I didn't have to time to wait in line
>He's never come back
So can you actually get anything good that day or is it random promotional shit printed that nobody wants?
Remember Johnny Bravo?
